So Romania is authoritarian again? If I was you, I would become an anti-government activist that very day.
1) Others should not invade your privacy without legal consequences for them, or a court order.
2) The possession and watching of porn is not illegal, at least in the democratic world. There are laws that restrict its production, though, and those that restrict its distribution to minors -- aimed against the distributors, not the minors.
3) In a democratic country, the freedom of speech allows you to criticize the government as much as you wish, albeit there might be laws limiting the type of critic or the place, for example those meant to keep it civilized and constructive. In my country, you are not allowed to call politicians rude names in public, though no one actually heeds this and I haven't heard of anyone who had to pay the fine yet. You are also not allowed to promote or criticize any political parties as a professor at school, publicly, on classes, but some of my professors didn't care about this and nothing happened to them.
You know, maybe the teacher (possibly not wrongly) thought that you had that crap on your phone so you could show it to other kids at school?
When I went to school showing porn to kids at school was forbidden (how can it not be... every recess is porno hour duh?), kids who carved swastikas into desks or shared "nazi rock" casette tapes to feel edgy and brave got suspended, and teachers could search your bag to find out if you did any of that crap. And even the kids who did it at least understoof why it was forbidden in school.
Now in post-2016 after youtube propagandists started targetting gamers who never leave the house, we have kids who genuinely think that racist sh!tposting and porn are a human right and a teacher searching for stuff that's forbidden in school should make you sue your government.

This reminds me of my fear of vacuum cleaners.
I once had one that literally exploded in my face and knocked me out cold
So now every time I use them I half expect them to go kaboom.
