It appears interstellar gateway anomaly reconnections made us neighbors. It also appears we might have a slight GRN problem. Do you happen to have some spare room within Tau-44 to house about half million people, even if only temporarily?
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
It is nice to finally have a talk with you. Let me introduce myself first. I am Zack Xander, the newly promoted Fleet Admiral of Crayter Military. Basically replacement for Michael Richard.
We also happened to see that we are neighbors now and in fact, we had to bring the Olympia to your spaceport in order to do a small armaments change so i am currently stationed within Roussilion. Our scanners picked that "small GRN problem" you mentioned as well. We can and will assist you in whatever ways we can, if you wil allow a small to medium task force to aid in patrolling of course.
Now regarding settlement at Tau 44, i believe that falls to Aeryn Condor to decide, governor of Tau-44 system. However i believe we have room to spare as we were just in the middle of a resettlement project at Borneo and we invite our allies there to settle if they wish so. A few hundred thousans should not really be problematic to relocate. Keep in mind you will not be the only allied party there.
One thing: as you know our automated defenses are a little bit too trigger happy. In thar case, moor at the nearby installation called Borneo Orbital and we will handle orbit-to-planet duties. You will have to handle details with Mr. Condor of course.
For Those We Left Behind!
Xander, out.

Enchantée, Monsieur. Naturellement Crayter forces are welcome within Roussillon, et your assistance against GRN is most appreciated. I hope Monsieur Richard is well, et I'm looking forward to work with you, as well as with Governor Condor, the response of whom I'm awaiting eagerly.

Greetings General LaFlamme, I am Aeryn Condor, Governor of Tau 44.
Yes, it seems that your system is linked to Tau 44 and we are happy with such an occurrence.
We are at the moment in the process of restoring Borneo to its former glory but is a vast planet with lots of places where your people can settle.
At the moment, the planet is inhabited by Crayterian Civilians and Armed Forces and also Blood Dragons. We are more then happy to welcome any Council on Borneo and hopefully, with your help, we can finish restoring the planet.
You mentioned 500.000 people, but I must ask you if you wish to engage in a larger project on the planet which may benefit both of our Nations?
I am waiting for your reply and meanwhile, I am checking which Colony to open to you. Be advised that some work may be required.

It's nice to meet you too. I'm relieved to hear that our people are welcome on your planet, although we do not plan for long term settlement on Borneo. At this point our plans include temporary refuge while our forces carve our way through Provence, paving the road to eventually bring home all those the Royal Navy forced to flee seven years ago.
On the other hand spending some of our time et resources on assisting you with the restoration of the planet once the dust settled down after the current mess isn't a question, but a certainty. The actual question is when we can get to that. Sadly I cannot answer that yet.
The first transports with colonists will depart from Toulouse soon, possibly sometime this week.
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
The Crayter Republic supports anyone that opposes the Royalists and we are more then happy to assist Council.
I have checked the planet settlements and as you know, most of them were damaged as the Royalists didn't maintain them, so we have a small issue of offering the right place for all the people from the start.
At the moment, my teams are moving throughout the planet to assess the situation. Thus far, they think that the Winchester Colony and Byzantium Territory are the perfect spots.
Now, let me tell you about this places. They both reside in the Equatorial region, which means a temperate temperature, with a relief predominant of fields ripe for cultivation and colonization. Or that was the plan.
The Winchester Colony was designed to be a city of over 2 million people. Again that was the plan when the Republic fully inhabited the system. Now, however, the Colony decayed due to Royalist neglect.
My experts surveyed the place and found out that at the moment around 28% of the Colony could be reclaimed fast, for which I gave the orders to Hephaestus Company to proceed with repairs.
Using the Construction Drones and Nanotechnology to create and repair structural damage, and the supplies we wanted to use to expand Minato, we estimated that in 3 weeks we will reinforce the 28% of the Colony and reclaim another additional 4%. I mean of course of buildings and not makeshift constructions. This percentage should cover around two hundred thousand people.
I have also instructed to create a camp within the Colony to house the rest of the people but would be a good idea that you can send constructions crews and technicians to join with my teams and restore the rest of the Colony.
A second suggestion would be if you can also make sure that capable farmers are also in the first waves. You see, our settlements now are basically designed to be self-sufficient which means the food supply is limited. My people can also eat army rations, which we have plenty but civilians need a little bit more. The fields of Territory can be turned into fruition agricultural fields. Using Crayterian technology, we hope to be able to field a decent production of supplies within 3 months. Why Crayterian? We managed to combine several of the normal plants with the DNA strains of Yuma plants and mutant plantlife was created, with increased yield and shorter time to mature.
The third suggestion would be to allow our teams to visit your planet and see what can be recycled and sent to Borneo to aid in the restoration of Borneo.
Fourth, Commander Leto would want to ask for several wings of Council ships and Marines to be spared and stationed in Tau 44 to increase the security. They shall serve under a combined command under Commander Leto and another of your officers.

I've reviewed your suggestions, et while I would need further discussions with Docteur Lavoisier et Professeur Descroizilles, I can assure you that our builders, farmers, engineers et other professionals would be eager to help rebuilding your colonies. The first ships with capable colonists onboard have already departed from Toulouse et scheduled to arrive on Borneo soon.
On the other hand I believe there is one more alternative: the conquest of Provence. Do you remember the reclamation of Tau-44? Here I am asking for something similar. At this moment it appears that our victory can be assured with a bit of assistance, et the sooner we acquire Marseille the sooner we can move our colonists further, putting less straing on your colonies et our reconstruction efforts will not have to be rushed either. Is there a possibility that you will be able to send a battlegroup to Provence to reinforce our flottilles by this evening?
Sincèrement,
Général Pierre LaFlamme Du Conseil
Général en Chef Du Conseil
be assured that we have not forgotten you assistance. A Battlegroup as well as further non-essential military assets have been dispatched to aid your plans.
Provence huh? As far as i know you entrenched Oblique there and now you push for a large scale operation there? Good to know. We have indeed not forgotten your assistance and we will do whatever we can to push Royal forces back. On top of my head and ever-updating fleet composition tab located inside Olympia, right now Battlegroups Olympia, Poseidon, Atlantis, Aurora and some of Hades' assets, as well as remnants of Helios' Battlegroup is available for this assault. I will make sure at least Olympia and Poseidon's assets are with you in this. I will personally be present in the battlefield. I wish to see your presence. May we fight truly side by side.
For Those We Left Behind!
Xander, out.

Thank you for your reassuring responses, it's a pleasure to see that in times of war we still have reliable allies to count on. However, I do not wish you to spend all of your spare forces on this attack, send only as much as you wish. We have enough forces for a phyrric victory - or defeat -, we only need about a battlegroup or two to tip the balance in our favor, enough to secure a more definite victory.
I also won't be able to be present personally, arrangement regarding the Frontier Picardienne also need my attention. Don't worry, though, either Colonel Savoie or Directrice Marie will be present during the attack to lead our flottilles.
