Bonjour.

Today was a relatively quiet day in New London, however, i have observed a different kind of oddity on my routine patrol around the system.
A Zoner vessel marked with OSI- transponder have bypassed the New London blockade at the orbit and then - at Southampton shipyard, and have been seen docking at the planet Leeds, in the Royalists occupied territory.
Later it have unmoored with a load of Robotics, however, almost instantly moored again, preventing me from taking a relevant guncam shot.
However, i will attach the relevant visual data below.

Bonjour, commodore.

There is, indeed, plenty of matters we would like to discuss with our allies - both current and potential. This now includes The Kingdom of Bretonia.
And, since this discussion started with a revealing of a logistical violation - let us further extend this subject.
It is true that most of the Maquis are only good as combatants, terrorists, or engineers and logistics is not our strongest turf, however, no organised community of people chasing after the goals similiar to our can survive without organised logistical division.
Under the current circumstances, i would've immediately dispatch it to perform multiple supply runs through the New London blockade to supply the endurance of it's defenders.
This, however, raises a couple of concerning matters, that are to be clarified before the logistical support can be arranged:

1. The Maquis logistical vessels will likely be making their way through the Tau region - unless a less risky route is discovered.
   
2. The vessels in question are likely to be ME-UH "Vache" Gallic Train that are, i assume, not too welcome in the Kingdom Sovereign space, and thus require a special registration process.
   

I would like, to start with - have some clarification on these matters, and possible suggestions to overcome these limitations.
