This is my 2000th post, and to celebrate the fact I have spammed like mad to beat zelot I want to thank a few people for me having an awesome time here on disco.
This place is, quite frankly, awesome. We have storytellers and artists the like of which I have seen no-wher else. Especialy not in a gaming community. The depth that we have gone to here to make a frankly long dead game come back to life is astonishing, and the work which has been done to it is awesome. Thank you all for making discovery the place it is. I mean it.
In terms of a few people who I want to give a huge amount of kudos to... here comes a list.
Lohingren. The awesome leader of the RoS. You were the person who turned me from a shaky and slightly intimidated noob into a shaky and slightly intimidated admin. Without Nico there would probably be no JihadJoe. I would have got sanctioned, then disheartened, then left. I will always be in your debt for that.
The RoS is an awesome faction and one you have run better than I could possibly dream of running the XA. You do a phenominal job and I think everyone within the RoS and I hope the community at large will agree.
Silent Assasin. You have been hilarious. Angry, Scottish and slightly abrasive, but you're a damned good guy. I think again without you being around here I probably would have left discovery some time ago without really having found out what the place was about.
Thor22. You've been around (on and off) since I have. Good times and stupid skype chats. Cheers for the lulz.
D56. One of the best people on disco in my opinion. Seriously. Davor you're awesome. I'm proud to have you in the XA. You have been one of the best wingmates I could possibly have asked for.
Blighter (yes you Ench). Thank you for keeping me sane. I really mean it. I can think of very few people I get on as well with on these here forums and this here server as yourself. Permenant support and sanity from one of the least sane people I know. Plus you absolutely -pwn-.
David Hastings. Very much the same as Ench up there really. You have made the last few months on disco a pleasure. Always good to fly with you. Your attitude towards other people couldn't be any better. I think you care and thats a good thing.
Titan. You're an ass, but you're also one of the best people around here. You take crap from no-one, and I appreciate that. You might be brutal egocentric and vicious at time, but you're still a friend to me. Right back from those days when you joined the RoS.
Skoko. You're just effing awesome. Seriously. Teaching me how to torp was probably a bad idea for the server though mate.
Theres a load of people I'd like to mention beyond this, but frankly I'dbore the hell out of most of you if I haven't already so finally I'd like to say something about the XA
The XA is frankly one of the most pleasent bunch of guys I can think of on the server. It's a pleasure to lead you and a pleasure to just sit and chat in skype with you lot as well. I'm glad you have ahdthe maturity to not make my admin position something of importance.
The Xenos are a strange faction to play as and they attract a certain calibur of player in my experience. I am proud of what we created with that faction Xeno roleplay is ging strong and damnit are we sticking it to the lawdawgs.
Thank you each and every member of the XA. With a very special mention in there for Dusty Lens and Del. Those two created what I inherited. All I am doing is picking up where you have left off. Your signature is still all over the faction status and your influence in all my desicisons. I learnt what it is to fly as a xeno from these two and I think they deserve a real celebratory YEEEHAW from every single person who has played as a xeno on this server.
Anyway...
Thank you all for reading, and thank you all again for making disco what it is. Without this community of extremely dedicated players here would be no more freelancer. The storys would have died and that would be a sad loss...

You rule. Seriously.
No faction on discovery puts up with the crap we do. The lawlcruisers, the endless accusation of rule breaking the works. But you manage it with good humour and grace.
Titan, you do an excellent job of leading it (although often from afar) and it's a pleasure to fly with you lot.
