Aboard Sabah Shipyard, Coronado System, 1922 Crayter Standard Time
Agent Voidwalker, recently given command of the CFV-Argus, looked through one of the windows of Sabah Shipyard as the Argus sat nicely inside the drydock for refits, alterations and transfer of it's former crew. Mumbled to himself while he saw one of the weapons getting unmounted from the ship carefully and just a second later, he got a message into his inbox. He opened his PDA as it beeped and then he saw the message, titled "Experimental Weaponary". He opened the message curiously. It was from CIS Head Engineering.

During our research of unknown sections of Canberra Star City, we found several unknown origin logs, data pads and recordings, as well as sensor logs. Some of those recordings were, in fact, very interesting. You know of the Cult of Technology i believe? Those super-advanced techy freaks that wants Sirius eradicated. Most important thing is, we have enough resources to build two of those weapons for your ship as a testbed. However, we lack schematics of one. That means, you are going to need to acquire schematics for us. I do not know how you do it. Maybe that Ezrael guy can help you. He is a close associate of Fleet Admiral nowadays.
Voidwalker curiously read through the message and then he thought a little bit. Analyzed the cost, maintenance and several other factors. Decided it could be advantageous to use the weapons on Argus. He glanced at Argus for a second last time and then moved to Sabah Research Section. There were work to do and equipment to be ordered...
