Firstly, allow me to reiterate my congratulations on your recent promotion, it is well deserved.
Secondly, my Family has recently had a very interesting guest who will be staying with us for the foreseeable future. The late Captain George Hall's daughter arrived on our doorstep at the invitation of my brother William. It would appear that my family has a debt of honour to pay, however I was wondering if you had any prior knowledge of her, did Hall ever mention a daughter to you? She has the proper documentation proving her relation to the late captain but I cannot help shake the feeling she is up to something, none the less she has requested a position on the HMS-Thunderer, her father's vessel and Admiral Steiner was wondering if you had any interest in adding her to your fleet in Omega-49.

Victor,
Professionalism is a must in every facet of our life, but in private communications you can.. be you. As I can be myself. I do miss you but New Holland is a.. political blood-match that I detest. You would do much better than me if it wasn't for your proficiency in getting into compromising situations with Corsairs.
I jest, obviously, but dealing with Order and Corsairs have me wanting to drop the hammer in this system. If it wasn't for McIntire's orders, I would have already locked it against any kind of traffic but it is what it is. How is Helene? I do hope she has overcome that taste for morbid tales that your brother Alfred feeds her.
As for your news.. Well, if she is anything like her father we must keep a very close eye on her. Hall was a snake, ultimately. A patriotic one in the end, but still a snake. And young snakes do make many mistakes that ultimately will narrow their field of view and of opportunities. I have a place for her in the Stirling if it comes to it, close by and where I can keep my eyes on her doings. Ultimately it is up to your brother, Edmund.
If the pictures in her file do any justice, she is quite pretty and more than capable to weave tales that put men into rapture. However, there is a distinct lack of a psychological eval. You would do well to tell Edmund to get her one. Just as a safeguard.
Yours in everything,

Helene is fine, she's taken a liking to more lighter reading, political history being one of her favorites, John took her to the hospital the other day and gave her the standard vaccinations before taking her to the Museum of Natural History. She's quite safe and happy, she's also getting plenty of exercise so don't worry. We will..keep her away from Hall's Daughter for now I think, I don't foresee an issue but..just in case.
Speaking of which I will pass your message along to Edmund, and we'll see what he says. I think the damn fool has got it into his head that because Hall saved his life, he needs to keep her close. Whatever he decides to do, I'll let you know.
Stay safe in Omega-49 my dear, it sounds like it has the very real potential to go sideways very quickly.

My love,
It is a time-bomb, if nothing. Sydney is under control, with some out-of-settlement pockets of resistance, but I leave nothing to chance. Overkill is the word of law if there is someone with a weapon aiming at our troops. Our Challengers are having quite the field day and body-count with close strikes whenever a fight emerges, unfortunately. But then again, if they do not want to see reason and only aim to hurt us even when proof piles itself of their doings against Bretonia, I will give them no quarter and no mercy.
Space-side, we had some minor scuffles with Order, Corsairs and Zoners. All decisive victories. The Hellbound still didn't need to break cover and engage, which is a minor blessing. That ship wants blood, Victor. I can feel it every time I enter it. Even the crew is restless. Like its history and past doings found a way to seep into them and even into me. I cannot sleep in it anymore, doing it instead in my Marlin outside. As for the political balance in system, the Coalition is watching. And brewing as they see the Order supporting the Corsairs indirectly. That plays well to us, but brings unwanted action out of our control. I detest that.
Do tell Helene I will visit soon. Maybe I will take her for a flight over Cambridge. Did she took the A-10 vaccination? There is a surge of the warthog flu in Cambridge, last I checked the news.
And we must be together soon. Are you in Cambridge still?

You were chosen for this task because McIntire believes you are the best for the Job. You must do what is needed, just be sure to not risk yourself too carelessly. I am not surprised that the Order would send troops to defend Gran Canaria, it only reinforces our claim that unwanted and illegal types used the Planet as a base of operations in Bretonia, removing it should see our southern flank a little more secure. If the SCRA have an interest, it might be wise to allow them to engage the Corsairs as well.
I don't much believe in ghosts my dear but if you are restless in the Hellbound then perhaps the time has come to rotate the crew for a day or two, including yourself. I will pass your message to Helene when I get the chance
I have some business my uncle wanted me to attend to, so I will be on Cambridge for a while yet.

My love,
I will meet you planet-side tomorrow then. I do need some time away from New Holland and the Hellbound. Unfortunately, I cannot rotate the crew yet since it is a high priority security detail. Two more months to go for them.
I should release the Hellbound onto the Omegas to allow the crew to vent, lest they turn on each-other. Safely, on corsair targets of opportunity. They are the least organized of the bunch, and the action will do good for the men.
As for the Coalition at large and Keller in specific, I already told them to act as they see fit. Bretonia does not control the system, yet, so their presence will not cause a political issue with anyone.
I will see you soon.
