I am an Operative of Crayter Intelligence Service. Codenamed Omega. I had a look at previous contacts with Ingenuus and details of them, i can say you are more than capable of what i am going to request.
As you may heard, Crayter Military Carrier Helios got destroyed by Outcasts.
What you may not heard is, we recently ran salvaging operations and salvaged key components and whatever materials we could, processed them, and the new Carrier Iapetus was born. What we need on that ship is a specially configured Cloaking Device. While we can install them and run them on our ships, we can not precisely configure them exactly to our needs. That is where you, hopefully, come in. We need a specific Cloaking Device on Iapetus that is able to charge itself quicker to give us better chances of getting away from combat. I consulted with our own researchers about said configuration and they told me that the device may spend more batteries than usual and last shorter. While lasting shorter is not a problem for us, the charging time of cloak is most important thing, to get us away from combat as quickly as possible when we are in danger.
From what I gathered, you are able to perform the operation at Sabah Shipyard. If we need to bring the ship in question to a different region, let me know.

Agent Omega,
While we may or may not possess the skill and resources required to execute such a task, such would require us to extend ourselves once more into the possibility of a realm of warfare and combat not suited for our technologies. Say about it what you will, but after receiving recent intel on Battlegroup Olympia, we are not willing to venture this risk at this time. We're mobilizing efforts currently to contain what technology has now been forfeit - as it violates section 8 of the Ingenuus Power Cell User Agreement - as well as selecting our clients much more carefully.
You may not have heard, but some time ago, the Zack Xander requested additional offensive capabilities on their dreadnought, to which we declined. Imagine what disaster we would be in had we obliged. Know that this does not mean we cannot work together on smaller endeavors, but it does mean that such special projects such as these are suspended from any individual or group to obtain while we facilitate countermeasures to our misjudgement.
We will not facilitate strife of humanity against itself any further. Our tools are designed for human progress, not annihilation, and this display further fortifies the belief that our technologies are too dangerous to share.

I would appreciate a quicker response. However getting a late response it better than not getting one at all.
I and Intelligence directorate understands your hesitance, given the circumstances. We will do our best to bring the Olympia back and detain the crazed, warmongering Admiral. Or however he deems to call himself nowadays. In any case, we wish a stable relationship with you as Crayter Republic. We hope to conduct business again under better circumstances.
