Due to the recent discovery of our new border, between Gallia and Rheinland via the Zurich-> Cologne corridor I would like to request that our restricted goods licenses be updated. As seen below we currently are permitted to transit New Berlin and Frankfurt into the Sigmas with Light Arms and additionally Munich with Military Vehicles(PowerSuits). The Requested change is as follows:

There seems to be certain discrepancy - you said that you request permission to transport Light Arms but in the form is written Side Arms and according to the provided communication the recommendation of trustworthiness was issued for the latter by the Daumann Heavy Construction. I assume this was just an oversight because you did not realize these are two different commodities by the general cargo categorization, and you meant Side Arms. If not, let me know.

Anyway, based on the mentioned recommendation, the EFL Oil and Machinery was granted restricted cargo license for transportation of following commodities in specified systems:

Power Suits (classed under Military Vehicles cargo group) in systems Munich and Frankfurt
Side Arms in systems New Berlin and Frankfurt

I appreciate the concern, Terrorist Cells of Rheinland are not too dissimilar from our own. As such, they would have little inhibitions of attacking a lone transport or convoy of them making a run through open space. Therefore we have come of for a 4 step solution to minimize the risk.

Step 1: Upon entering Cologne all transport captains are to contact Olpe Border Station for a current tradelane status, if any outages have been reported we would request an escort to the Battleship Strausbourg

Step 2: Upon reaching the Battleship Strausbourg, we will request a system status update, if any patrols have reports heightened criminal activity from the corridor heading to the Zurich jumphole we would request a escort from the Military, if this is unavailable we would proceed to Tholey Station.

Step 3: Upon reaching Tholey station, if The Strausberg was unable to spare pilots for escort we would request the Bounty Hunters Guild escort us to the hole where we would meet up with an EFL security wing on the other side.

I hope this process can reassure you that EFL has prepared to take all possible precautions. If you have any more questions we will be more the happy to oblige.
