Guten Tag, my name is Ulrich von Tannenberg, son of Roland von Tannenberg. I am here to enlist into the Kriegsmarine. I was born and raised on Planet Baden-Baden, my parents are very wealthy among other Rheinlanders and a big residence. I graduated from a private school on Baden-Baden, taught by the best teachers you could hire for money. However, as a young child and teenager, I was very spoiled, my father used to say "Junge du bist viel zu verwöhnt". Anyways after my graduation, I was drafted for military service and I learned where my place is in this world, the hard way I have to add. My Grundausbildung was on New Berlin, my father always said, only real Rheinwehr pilots are trained on New Berlin even though he was already retired he still knew his way around the Rheinwehr and, so I was sent to New Berlin. Mein Ausbilder, well, he was different, he came from a poor family from Hamburg, some ship workers on Alster. Meine Kameraden und ich, we were the best platoon at the Graf-Stauffenberg-Kaserne on Planet New Berlin. I learned many things in the Rheinwehr but the most important was cohesion. We knew we could achieve everything our instructors demanded from us. Now I want to begin my service within the Kriegsmarine, to honor my father and my family.

The mercenary life, with all its benefits and glory has taught me much. However, it is not what I truly seek. I always saw it as preparation to assist in the defense of the Vaterland.

I was born on Planet Stuttgart in to an average class Family. My dream has always been to become a freighter pilot, and my parents supported me in my quest to become one. Unfortunately, I failed basic flight school... twice. My instructors never liked my odd flight style that heavily relied on manual maneuvers and sequences. They told me I could become a fighter pilot, but never a freighter pilot. Well, after passing on my third attempt, I continued to advanced freighter training, where I graduated and started working for Daumann Heavy Construction. A steady job with a steady pay, not completely without danger. I have learned much about the dangers in space, often working in the close by Omega 11. Die Hessen have proven to become more and more of a pain over time. With the destruction of Omega 11, I had no choice but to look for a new job. I decided to start as a mercenary, always having the goal to help against the Hessian threat. One year has past since then, and I think I am ready and up for the challenge... that is, if you accept me.

Biography
There is honestly nothing really interesting in my biography. I was born on New Berlin planet in the family of the Rheinwehr secondary fleet kapitan and Hans Straub and a housewife Mary Straub. My parents were unlucky enough to not be able to have children for a long time and they had high hopes on a boy, as my father really wanted to have someone to follow his footsteps, so my appearing was rather a... Disappointment. To compensate my father at least tried to raise me like a future soldier. Parties, drinks, dressed and stuff? Not for me. A shooting range, a training rifle,and daily exhausting workouts - that's how I spent most of my time, being a teenager. Of course, it wasn't a big problem to get into the military academy of New Berlin after all this. All of these trainings again, but now they were even more harsh. After graduation from the military academy, I've got a rank of field commander of the echelon of land troopers and after a couple of years of service, I was sent to Sigma-front, where I took part in the line of land operations against the resistance on the planet. During them, I've lost my left led and doubts, that mein fatherland has to win this war by any price. But I could understand, that in modern times land troopers play a way too small role in the whole picture of war and I was ready to give more to my House. So I was sent to basic flying and combat course and after completion of it, I was assigned to secondary fleet, where I spent a couple of months, before I was allowed to choose between RMK and primary fleet.

I served in the second fleet of our Militär since the very beginning, worked pretty hard for all my promotions and served side by side with good, loyal men and women. Old soldiers move on to serve on different fronts, new faces integrate into the fleet. Finally, it’s my time to move on as well, to serve our house more actively. Born on planet Hamburg, both my parents worked for the Militär. I was raised strictly, always had to give my best and never let go of my goals. My parents always made sure those aims were reasonable and achievable in their point of views, so I wouldn’t have had a reason to declare it as impossible. When I was old enough, I went to the Flugschule and finished my education without major problems, and afterwards to the Militär to start my education. It was a rough time at first, but I managed to finish it with a solid qualification. Besides flying my daily patrols with colleagues, I spent a lot of time in my Wraith to become a decent pilot and to protect my fellows. I rarely fought on the ground, but always was part of the air support and am very experienced in close quarter combat in fighters against other fighters and bombers. Over time I achieved the rank of an Oberleutnant.

I was born on Planet Nuremburg to an ordinary household. Both my parents worked for the state and had instilled a sense of duty and pride in serving. I always dreamt of becoming a pilot, even to this day there is nothing as exhilarating as burning across the void in a small tin can. With that in mind I did everything I could to make it into the Grundausbildung and receive flight training. I wasn’t a natural like some of my colleagues, so I always had to double my efforts to keep up. I made it through with decent marks, most likely why I was assigned to more of a support role instead of being handed a Wraith but that didn’t deter me. I took my assignment with pride and did my time. Along the way I continued to push for extra training to make sure when the time came, I would be ready to join the Marinestreitkräfte.
