I've been chosen to deliver a rather specific message. In light of Bretonia's hostilities against IMG and our own disapproval, strategic military command has seen fit to issue orders that ensure Liberty's war-time supply shipments to Bretonia are being used against the intended target: Gallia. As such, we do not wish to hear any reports of Liberty's weapons, ships or other gear against IMG in your battle over their shipyard or any other IMG assets.
I do hope you understand our position. We're not here to fight all your battles for you. All our war supplies being sent are needed for operations on the frontlines and against Gallia, we have no spare resources for these types of conflicts. If we do hear of such misuse of wartime supplies, consequences may be decided upon when heard from. This may include direct overseeing of use of Liberty munitions and equipment put to use by the Armed Forces, which could include consistent reports of equipment and vessels on loan.
Any use previous to now will be glanced over as this decision had not been made.

You see normally that'd be the case however the First Fleet is prone to inadequacies and may soon be reorganized, resulting in 5th fleet becoming Liberty's primary forces, whether you like this or not I don't particularly care. The Government lacks decision-making ability on time-sensitive issues, especially those of war-time needs. That's where the Navy leadership steps in. Regardless of whether you take this seriously or not is up to you and your colleagues, Admiral. I assure you the consequences will be real enough.
