I apologize for the delay but we are finalizing the construction for this project so I have been a bit busy as of late. The items left in question have already been contracted out for delivery. I am able to compensate you for a portion of your time however in good faith for the attempted help though.
Thank you for the reply and do please announce that the remaining items are contracted already. It would be a shame to run around Sirius to procure them and then wait 3 days on your lovely base just to be informed that it was a waste of time. This was all an error in communication and nothing more. Lets keep it from repeating. It would be harmful to reputation for all parties involved.
I apologize again for the misunderstanding. I am no stranger to errors in these forms and I have made that mistake myself, but I will point out that we are both at fault. I quote my original communication:
"Prior to delivery please contact me so that I can acknowledge and arrange a time for us to meet and make the pickup and payment."
The person in question who took the remaining contract items and delivered them contacted me first in order to determine what was still required before they procured the items. In any case, thank you for any attempted assistance and please tell me the ship which you wish the compensation funds to be sent to for your intended assistance.
