This is Agent Hudson of the Secret Intelligence Service.

Upon reviewing data I gathered recently, I'm putting out a general alert regarding objects of unknown origin in orbit over the Planet Leeds. Two man-made satellites of unknown origin have been detected in low orbit of the planet. There is no definitive information available regarding their purpose, but their presence should be deemed suspicious and I'd like to recommend that all resistance forces on the surface, and vessels operating near the planet, proceed with greater caution for the near future.

These satellites could be enemy spy satellites, or at worst, orbital weapons. As such, commanders of ground forces are advised to take additional precautions regarding open maneuvers, and move all non essential units into underground facilities. Further information will be relayed as quickly as possible. I have enclose references to available data.
