We have had a great deal of success utilizing ALG's Toxic Waste containment systems and recycling methods to convert the waste into Nuclear Fuel Cells. Unfortunately, they are proving to be less efficient then traditional Nuclear Fuel Cells. We are looking to begin importing Nuclear Devices from Rheinland. We have need to begin importing Nuclear devices and in accordance to Rheinland Law we are requesting your "recommendation of trustworthiness".

Bonjour to you, M. Dupont! My name is Franz Pfannenstiel, Director of Research and Development Division for ALG.
As we say in ALG, "our path into the Kingdom of Gallia is forged by EFL", we have had long-standing contracts and we will of course be happy to express our recommendation to the legislators for your license. EFL might well be the company we are closest to in terms of business specialization, we are thrilled to see the developments related to the new Zürich connection and EFL's work with our gate/lane network.
You have our full support in this matter, if you need any technical assistance beyond the legislative assistance we offer, of course we welcome your ships to Wuppertal for HazMat-related checkups and upgrades!
To issue an explicit statement for Rheinland legislative purposes:
On behalf of ALG, R&D Division, I, Franz Pfannenstiel, Director of ALG R&D Division, declare EFL Oil & Machinery to be a reliable and professional corporation trusted with the transportation of goods listed under §1.1. of the Federal Republic of Rheinland Legal Codex which fall under the specialization of ALG, and assure our technical assistance to EFL Oil & Machinery in relation to the transportation of aforementioned materials.
Warm regards from Cologne, Franz Pfannenstiel

Thank you so much for the prompt reply, now there is something I would like to speak about. I assume you are already aware that we have begun construction of a Jump Gate to Sigma 15 as well as a connecting trade lane in Frankfurt. We sent a call out to the Titans of Industry in Rheinland though we got no response from your corporation. I assume is simply got missed due to some computer error. I see no reason that [ALG] shouldn't be aiding along side its brethren corporations in reinvigorating Rheinland and freeing its self from the shackles of Libertonian Monopolism. Consider this the formal invitation. No need for you to reply in that transmission. Additionally our delivery board is now open to [ALG].
