I contact you to inquire information on whether there would be any chance of aquiring access rights for gallic territory to be entered by a foreign capital ship, specifically a Mako-class Light Battleship, and if yes, what requirements are to be met as well as under which condition the stay in gallic space would be acceptable.
If you are requesting entrance into the Kingdom for any reason, we would direct you here. For the class of ship, special approval is required by the Government. We ask you provide us with an overview of your vessel, it's purpose and why you wish to enter, this information can be given in the Visa application center or to me personally.

thank you for your response. I would like to apply for a special approval of the Gallic Government separately from the Visa Application.
The Apahanta is, by classification, a Mako-class AP-605940 Light Battleship, a by chassis construction date outdated precursor of the most recent AP-609 Mako Refit Variant. It is equipped with a, in comparison with other capital ships of similar size, rather defensive combat loadout, primarily aiming for keeping possible hostiles at highest possible distance. Specifications are as following:
As abnorm as it might sound, the Apahanta is my own possession and under my full control. We do not adhere to any superior entity and are entirely independent. Consider my crew and me as non-combatant Freelancers, supersize. Our primary objective is to look for possible jobs and other legal, non-combat-based opportunities to gather funds and resources to allow the Apahanta to remain independent and mobile. Access to wide territory of Gallia would prove greatly helpful, as it increases our chances to find lucrative jobs. Secondarily, the Apahanta serves as home ship to the in the attachments listed individuals who either serve as critically required specialists onboard or are fugitives of the various sirian wars - for example myself, who can currently not return to Curacao, my homeworld, as Battlegroupd Yukon and Gallic Battlegroups brawl dangerously close to the planet's orbit, resulting in the evacuation of the independent planet. I wish to point out that my inferiors are, like me, independent from any sirian entity, and I wish to vouch for them, especially the libertonian and bretonian members of my crew, as they are excellent members of this ship's crew and family.
The permission to enter gallic territory would also allow us to escape the pursuit of the Order Overwatch, a sirian terrorist organization lead by self-declared Grand Admiral Michal Golanski, who colors the Apahanta and her crew as Core agents against better knowledge. Their motive is the destruction of all APM-fabricated technology, which includes my ship, the Apahanta. We are targeted by them since they engaged Port Carthage and Freeport 11, two Zoner installations in Omicron Delta, which hired us to defend the stations. I wish to point out that we do not expect Gallia to pity us for this or interfere in this topic, but mention it out of transparency.
I am sure Amiral Montlaville de Chanteloup's file on us can confirm parts of my story.
