We've been very generous in our support of you during the Crayterian betrayal in Coronado. Our men ran the blockade and supplied your security personnel with weapons and I believe a few skirmishes even occurred on the ground between our combined forces and the rogue Crayterians. We really didn't expect anything in return, but we'd be fools to not ask for a favor in return. This notion brings me to the subject of this communication.
Planet Hallam, Pennsylvania. I want you to prospect it for resources that will be invaluable in ship construction and the development of reliable-quality hardware for use in operations and for other more mundane purposes. If you agree to do this, I can promise you total assistance from our local population on Milford, but in return any and all results you obtain from this survey must be kept under the wraps of a strict non-disclosure agreement. Our little secret.
I heard about the loss of Aland, that's quite an investment down the drain. No harm in capitalizing on an otherwise ignored reserve of minerals in a back-water. So long as the Guild allows us access to acquire these precious resources, we will give you not only protection but whatever we can obtain for you in the way of supplies. You'll be the only people this side of Pennsylvania not getting shot full of holes, and you'll walk away richer for it.
That sounds like a good deal to me, doesn't it? Access to completely untapped deposits on a planet that could quite easily support encampments of your displaced personnel. In return, all we ask is for a sizable allotment of the resources for the purposes of our own development. Consider this a joint-venture between us, albeit one we need to keep quiet.
I must say, it's refreshing to receive a transmission not related to war and conflict. The guildmembers who wish nothing more than to continue the humble miner's or prospector's life have likely felt left out these past weeks.
Your project sounds promising, I've read some old archival information about the planet in question and it certainly seems ripe for mining opportunities. Since the planet has ideal gravity, an atmosphere and relatively mild climate, it should not be difficult to set up a prefabricated shelter equipped for a small prospecting team, and a rudimentary landing site for a shuttle for planetary travel.
We would rely on your familiarity with the planet to choose a suitable site. We may also need assistance with Xeno manpower for construction.
The site would have to be supplied by you with basics like food and toiletries, but we don't intend to send a huge team, so this shouldn't be an issue.
The greater demand will be for drilling machinery, which the Guild could supply but would likely involve very long routes. I don't know how well you have access to such equipment. I'm willing to pay our prospectors from Guild funds, to show our appreciation for your support - and of course, as an investment in what may be a lucrative future mining operation. If that's agreeable to you, I will be happy to get into specifics.

I sincerely apologise for the delay.
Things had been rather hectic and I've had a lot more than I expected to be served on my plate. As you can imagine, the climate surrounding the Alliance is hardly of an uneventful nature. Allow me to assure you point by point.
On the subject of basic supplies such as food and basic amenities, we have the ability to supply you with rations, however I'll arrange for you to receive a grander allotment of consumer goods so that your personnel don't get bored and feel motivated to pursue this endeavour at maximum efficiency.
As for hardware, I'm afraid this point falls prey to the unique situation of the Xenos. We have ample manpower capable of helping you, but tools such as the ones you are asking for are simply not in our possession at this time. A supply of robotic hardware for the purpose of maintenance could be arranged, but you'll have to procure the more industrial tools yourself. I sincerely apologise for this setback.
I'm sure we will be able to compensate for this shortcoming given the benefits presented by our roots as a movement. You'll get to see firsthand just how dedicated we as a people are. Consider everything else feasible and please arrange for your own mining machinery, we'll offset the fuel consumption by procuring a surplus for your craft tasked with importing such equipment.
I believe we did not have the pleasure of acquaintance yet. My name is Kirigiri Kyoko, Guildmaster of the Independent Miners Guild. Throughout the time of silence The Guild have been mending it's injures and planning a major project to strengthen our positions in the Omega region. Despite the fact a large plethora of our personnel and logistics will be focused around this project indefinitely of the outside propositions.
However, it does not mean we have turned your offer down completely.
We are still planning, and are still capable of dispatching a team of prospectors and a mining encampment, supplying it with mining machinery is within our capabilities as well - as long as we can rely on Xeno Alliance in terms of basic supplies and work side by side with our prospectors: rest assured, the Guild will keep this a secret.
First things first, I wanna excuse that it took us a while to come back to you. Further "Cobra" currently doesn't have the time to reply which is the reason why I have been authorized to continue this communication.
It is good to hear that the Guild is taking steps to recover from what you lost with Aland but back to the matter at hand. As "Cobra" already said, the Alliance would be able to supply your people on Planet Hallam with all the necessaties for living and a bit more. Rations and other basic consumer goods can be brought to your camps by our people with relative ease and like "Cobra" already said, we might be able to supply you with some robotic hardware for the purpose of maintenance as well.
So this is us giving you our word that your people will be supplied, can we count on hearing from you as soon as the operation has begun and the first deliveries are required as well as the first survey results are in?
First thing's first - i apologise for the late response. Most of The Guild's assets in Omegas are currently occupied with a large scale project, and i had plenty of related paperwork across my table. Of the good news - we are closing to it's conclusion, and that means - it is well within our capabilities to divert some attention away from it and focus on other matters as well.
It is about time we send a survey team to Hallam for the resource assessement, but consider this a pure formality.
We will get to work on the mineral deposits of the planet shortly.
Paperwork is the worst isn't it? All these hours simply sitting at a table doing nothing but writting and sign and such stuff but it is great news that this project is nearly finished. I will make a trip to Milford later this day to inform the boys there what they have to expect and that they should ready one of their logistic vessels for supplying purposes. May I ask how many people you are planning to put into this survey team? It'd be kinda easier to plan how much food and water as well as other necessities we need to deliver to your camp on planet if we knew the precise headcount. We will also need the location of the camp as soon as it is being set up so we don't land on the oppposite side of the planet.
A survey team consisting of 50 members have been assembled on Capm Lister, including service personnel, habitable modules and supplies for autonomous operating for one week. The survey team will approximately arrive in three days, and we expect to receive first results of the initial survey in approximately five days. Once we receive the report - we will transmit all the data acquired to the Xeno Alliance.
I will personally ensure full transparency on this matter.

Peace, being the distant dream it is, comes inevitably, and goes hand in hand with justice.
Cursed be the war.
This is great news, both that the operations are finally on their way and that you ensure full transparency in this matter. The Alliance values such competence it is rare to find it these days.
I take that the first results will soon be coming in? Also I want to inquire about the amount of goods we should supply to your people on the planet once the week is over. I've readied a freighter for this purpose and would bring them down personally. Might take a look at your camp site then if it is permitted.
