With much pleasure it brings me to see our great comrades of Kusari request the aid of the Coalition once again. As Comrade Hassan mentioned we will definitely do this contract, but after he had brought it to my attention there is a slight revision I'd like to make here. Given the list of goods here, obtaining them will be no concern for us to you, but the payment will be a bit problematic. Volgograd has grown, it no longer has a dedicated one or two transport pilots going to send supplies. We now lead convoys, of various sizes. Therefore I'd like to break down the payment in a form that will pay each one of my pilots at a rate equal to how much they have delivered. That is, to pay on credits per unit, so that they may receive their individual payment from you based on their reported contribution.

Some items may be priced at a large amount due to the increased house activity by house forces in the Rheinland, Liberty and Bretonian spaces that have caused us much problem lately and have put my pilots in danger. Therefore to take into the account of being intercepted by house forces, I must make specific items more costly than others. But given that this is to assist your growth, I have tried to present reasonable rates for other commodities that are closer to Kusari and thus what I deem safer. Also Nanomembrane filters are not something we can easily obtain without a third party, so I have had to make the price reflect that as well.

During one of my trips to Chugoku, while I was commanding my reserve ship named CPS-Donetsk, I met captain Ryuu. Despite a slight initial misunderstanding, we eventually got along well and he allowed me to dock. I unloaded 2,115 units of hull segment that night, but I am unable to prove it as I forgot the manifest in that lovely bar you have on Kyoto base... Guess I shouldn't have accepted that seventeenth sake refill. Anyway, it's my mistake, so I'll understand if you don't consider it as properly delivered, but I assure you it's in your facilities. That's what's actually important, right?
Furthermore, I am happy to inform you that I could successfully deliver 8,450 units of superconductors to your personnel on Oshihi Ronin. You'll find the manifests attached, this time.
I wanted to report in my delivers to Osihi Ronin Station. I have delivered a total of 21,025 units of Robotic Hardware, along with 2,102 units of Hull Segments. Attached is my evidence
I just wanted to update you a little bit on our recent deliveries. My crew could provide you with no less that 4,225 plasfoam conduits and 4,262 hull segments in the last days. As always, we're trying to keep a steady pace and work at best for you.
I am also very happy that this contract seems to strenghten our bond a little more. Of course, your outstanding bar helps a lot in that.
At the orders of Minister of Plenty Gutierrez, I was tasked with helping transport the shipments that were requested to Osihi Ronin Station. I made these deliveries with my personal ship *VI|CPI-Kazan.
Today I delivered five such shipments of High Performance Alloy for a total delivery of 17,125 units. The proof of delivery can be accessed below.
