The Sirius Coalition is an Omega-based state that descends directly from the Coalition of Sol. Although presently small in terms of territory, the modern Coalition holds ideological primacy among the left-inclined factions in Sirius and an unusual capacity for force projection, for a state of its present size. With that in mind, the Coalition has connections and interests everywhere, and a deep network of agents strewn across all of Sirius. The Coalition's present combination of size and influence rationalizes cooperation with other parties holding lasting shared interests, or ones with ad hoc "for-profit" motives bringing upon benefit or expansion potential for the Coalition.
COALITION INTERNATIONAL CONTACT FREQUENCY
Holding firm belief that the Revolutionary Struggle is as important for institutionalised organisations, as for individual revolutionaries, Coalintern's primary communication channel is open to anyone. Given its open nature, the visitors are advised to use appropriate encryption protocols if sharing sensitive information.
Foreign dignitaries and representatives seeking to contact the Coalition may direct inquiries to this channel. Representatives from the COALINTERN body itself, the State Duma, Office of the Premier, Revolutionary Army Command, or SCEC command will seek to respond to communiques in a timely manner befitting the present political situation.
As of 04.14.826 A.S. the COALINTERN body has assumed primacy in handling the Peoples' diplomatic affairs. Attempts to address the Coalition government or military will be directed to this frequency if initial contact is made through nominal neural-net channels. Communiques will be deemed as INFORMAL unless directed through COALINTERN channels or otherwise specified as formal by the Office of the Premier alone. For dignitaries seeking a swift and ideal response, it is highly advised initial contact on any affairs is made through COALINTERN, either on this channel or a new channel under COALINTERN's allotted neural-net space.

Señores,
I would like to hear an official apology for the actions of the Coalition sabotage team onboard of Sleepership Hispania approximately 785 years ago. You are guilty of a murder attempt on my ancestor, Arturo Loyola. He was a hydrologist, purified acid water on Malta, saved a lot of lives. Was granted with a title of Don for his service. I do not care about politics, but family honor is something that matters to me.
Hajimemashite to our allies of the Coalition. I am Daimyo Nagahide Niwa of the Tenrai Fleet, an independent arm of the greater Shogunate. If you wish to verify our identity, you can contact Daimyo Nakai Shun of the Shogunate main forces.
With the beneficial growth of alliance between the Shogunate and the Coalition, we would like to request, under section iii of the revised treaty, for the production of a "Storm" gunboat for use by the Tenrai Fleet. The information available to the Shogunate on Coalition technology suggests that the "Storm" is a first class assault craft in situations where the "Hachiman" class gunboat is less than efficient.
We would also like to inquire about any extra actions needed to fulfill the order and offer a gift in friendship of some prisoners we picked up during our journey to Kamchatka station. Prisoner Handover

Privyet, Coalition Kameraden!
I have decided to help your cause after witnessing the destruction of a Corsair warship by the might of your warships Lenin and Shlisselburg. I am sure there are many of us Hessians who appreciate your struggle against the hated Corsairs!
Anyway the captains mentioned that you might have use for some logistical shipments from your Rheinland Allies.
I have recently managed to appropriate a certain amount of Basic Alloys from the depots of the rich capitalists of Republican Shipping that I would like to donate to your cause, you understand, ja?
I'm requesting either a meeting with somebody who can take over the cargo or docking access to a logistical facility of your choosing where you would like to have the cargo delivered.
I am currently docked to Zhukovsky Station and am eagerly awaiting your response.

To those who have reached out to us
Daimyo Diwa, apologies for the month delay. Things have drawn my attention and I was carried away with some affairs. To answer your request, the "Storm" class should be able to be produced, but to make sure our technology is compatible I will ask our HCTA of S.C.E.C to overwatch the necessary prerequisites to make sure it can be complete.
Ronni - Given our historical alliance, and under special permission I will inform the Ministry of Plenty to allow your ship's call sign to deliver goods to assist us in our crucial project. Feel free to speak with any of Volgograd Industrial, and make your response to this Frequency once you report to Mykolaiv Station with your delivery. Much appreciated to receive continued support from our Hessian comrades. In addition, you are able to assist the Mykolaiv Engineering team with any other resources they may need.
Premier,
Leon Gutierrez,

Konbanwa. It seems it's been quite some time since you've heard from any of us. Let me introduce myself. My name is Ubukata Tsuya, the new Shogun of the Blood Dragons. Specifically, we have now taken up the nickname of 'Rose', after its unwavering red hue and its valued elegance.
Things have vastly changed for the Dragons. Many months of conflicting ideals, leaderships, and infighting forced us to turn inwards. In that period, the Dragons you once knew are now, for the most part, gone. I and my cohorts have taken their place, and we carry the torch of our predecessors with stride. A name you may recognize is Nakai Shun. He is still with us, and so are some others you may or may not know. Despite sharing some of the old guard, we have a new identity now, one that seeks to right our wrongs and reclaim glory. We faced a decline in our absence and have once more risen to the mammoth task of freeing Kusari from the grasp of the corrupt Samura. We are now ready to start making big moves again.
With that said, it has come to my attention that the Coalition had been a long standing pragmatic ally to the Dragons in the past due to our shared hatred of the capitalistic abuse in Kusari. I do have access to the old treaty drawn up by our predecessors, but it will more than likely require some revision. It has been two years since the last one, after all. There is still much to gain from this bridge of ours, don't you think?
I formally request a summit in order to revise and bring this alliance into the new generation.

Shogun Ubukata Tsuya,
my name is Galdin Yevgenievich, Secretary of Volgograd Industrial.
It's great to see that the Blood Dragons got a new Shogun, but keep in mind that even a new Shogun needs to prove that he is willing to work together with us.
You are right, the Blood Dragons and the Coalition were working together for a really long time, and we hope that we can continue to count on the Blood Dragons.
You should be able to access the Coalition Archive about the old treaty with this key.
On the other side, I can only talk in the name of Volgograd Industrial, the indusitral part of the Coalition. If you have any questions about the military or on going operations, I will inform a Field Marshal to attend on the summit. I suggest Omega-52 on board of the Carrier Alvin Katz, would you be fine with that?
Truthfully, it does not matter where we must meet. However, I would prefer it to be a a place where we can be on equal grounds, such as a Freeport, if it is possible to do so without interruption. If not, Alvin Katz will be fine. Though, I wouldn't object to visiting Jiangxi or Zhukovsky. It is up to your superiors, however. Once you've received word from a field marshal and arranged a time, let me know.
For the sake of safety, I will not remain unguarded upon arrival.
Osewa ni narimasu.
