Nun, meine Herren, I am contacting you, because Erwin Mannlicher requires a recommondation of trustworthyness in order to proceed with our order of Cloak Disruptors.

We need these devices as soon as possible, as well as a few cloak devices for selected High Command personal, in order to be the smugglers one step ahead again. Our methods become more efficiant in the past weeks, but we will probable reach a point sooner or later, from which we have to get some new technology, so that the smugglers, terrorists and criminals still remain on that low possibility to act without being punished.

It seems that our dear Erwin has been somewhat overzealous in his defense of our homeland, though I suppose it is better he be overly cautious than not, especially given the heavy demands the war is placing on our available equipment. Nonetheless, I do not envy your task of wading through the beaurocratic proceedures that make up that man *chuckles*.

In any case, to the point at hand: I have consulted with the members of the Oberkommando, and I can therefore say that you of course categorically have both our permission and support to make use of any and all specialist equipment you may need.
