Greetings to the esteemed Gas Miners Guild.
I apologize for our relative radio silence; since our dealings with Guild Master Taro Katsuo we've been in relatively weak communication with your esteemed organization, and it appears in the meantime you have come into armed conflict with the Bundesrepublik of Rheinland, which is most unfortunate.
The Guild has always been a good partner of Synth Foods, and we would hate to see something so irrelevant tear our relationship apart. While our ability to support you openly is severely hampered due to our reliance on our good standing with the Bundesrepublik, I would nevertheless like to offer forward our support formally to your organization, in any way possible. While my transport captains are not used to, eh, I believe 'smuggling' would technically be the terminology, I can nonetheless have my more experienced pilots find...alternative routes to supply your installations, without necessarily drawing the ire of the Federal Police. Should any of your biodomes already installed need service or upgrade, we should also be able to facilitate that with some additional preparation and consideration. In return, we only hope to continue the lease begun by your predecessor and perhaps expand it in some time, given the relative lack of security equipment that we are currently able to acquire, and the breadth of forces that wish to see our convoys destroyed.
Let me know if any of this interests you. I'll keep this channel open.
It is a pleasure to once again hear from Synth Foods.
The Guild remains committed to its prior agreement with your organisation and trusts your ships are serving you well.
The ongoing conflict with the Federal Republic of Rheinland is most unfortunate and one we have no desire to engage in, however, House Rheinland's illegal and unjustified invasion of the Sigma systems has unfortunately forced us into battle. Pleas with the Bundestag to end the bloodshed have thus far fallen on deaf ears. Fortunately, we recognise the Sirius Sector is a complex web of ties and relationships and it is understandably a balancing act for Synth to maintain positive relations with both The Guild and House Rheinland. Please be assured that we are most understanding in this matter and in no way expect Synth Foods to jeopardise its relationship with House Rheinland in any way.
Moving forward with our relationship, the vital installation Iejima Station, located in the Sigma-59 system, would very well benefit from your expertise in further expanding its capabilities and increasing its level of self-sufficiency, perhaps indeed with the installation of a coveted biodome. As per previous arrangements, should your organisation be interested in engaging in such an endeavour in partnership with The Guild, please consider yourself invited to Iejima in order to conduct a survey and analyse the best way in proceeding with such a project.

Guildmaster Namura.
I am glad to hear that you are still more than amenable to our business relationship, and additionally pleased that you are understanding of the tenuous position that we are in. We would certainly be more than happy to attend to the needs of Iejima Station, and I have already sent off the Synth Security Vessel Besigheim along with some of our talented Bio-Engineers to inspect your installation and determine which Synth Foods™ product would be best for your operations. Rest assured, we hope to support our allies in the Guild as best as we are able, even if it is something simple as a reliable method of feeding and supplying your people.
I will return with whatever reports our engineers give me, and our recommendations with how to proceed in re the Iejima effort.

Mr. Namura,
I appreciate your patience. My Bio-Engineers have finally managed to complete their report on your installation, and what services we can offer you. Our traditional biodome solution is one that many stations utilize, but the dome itself is simply a method of refracting and focusing stellar light; I believe that, given the...unfortunate proclivity for the Sigmas to erupt into violence, and the seemingly high defensive armament that Iejima possesses, you may wish to expand your hydroponics facilities into a more armored section rather than an open biodome, something stronger than our Mark IV heavy-duty can provide. If you'd wish to do so, simply let us know - it is thankfully as simple as exchanging the Vanadium required for the solar glass in return for additional armor plating and hull expansion.
Below, I've provided a timetable and necessary materials for the project, as well as appropriate costing, for your perusal.
Planning: Synth Foods Bio-Engineers will be dispatched to [Iejima Station], where they will work in-tandem with your own logistics teams throughout the entirety of the construction process. At this stage, they will work alongside you to plan out the best location for your chosen biodome solution, and work to implement it as to your exact needs. This process can take anywhere from three to seven days.
> 15.000.000 s.c.
Construction (2.000 s.c. per): Shipping contracts will be delivered as early as the Planning phase, detailing a list of materials that are required to construct the planned installation. While Synth Foods will automatically handle such deliveries as part of their construction contract with you, taking on part of the shipping responsibility either directly or indirectly through your own hires and affiliates may result in a contract price decrease. Those individuals that may be operating an installation in a restricted zone or outside the traditional legal or territorial boundaries may wish to designate which shipping contractors they or Synth Foods may hire for this project, which should be made clear during the Planning phase. This process largely depends on the speed of delivery, but typically takes between seven to fourteen days. For this contract, all deliveries will be made to the nearby installation of [Niigata Star City].
Integration: Once all deliveries are made and construction has begun in earnest, the lion's share of the work is now done station-side as our Bio-Engineers work to integrate the in-construction biodome(s) with the rest of the vessel. Depending on various factors, this process may take a large portion of time, anywhere between fifteen to ninety days. The cost of construction will be directly derived from the perceived time required to complete such integration, and part of our Synth Foods™ promise is that any delay not caused directly by any form of contract breach or fault of the contractee will not be penalized by additional fees.

Sub-total: 250.000.000 s.c.
---------
Leasing: After Integration, the Biodome product(s) should be fully functional and tested. At this point, maintenance contracts if necessary will be negotiated, as well as sowing of the first crop of the customer's choice, free of charge. Should the customer choose Synthetic Agriculture as their food source of choice for their Biodome product(s), leasing contracts for Synth Foods Bio-Engineers and the requisite equipment to process Synthcrop will be negotiated as well. Otherwise, final checks will be made to the structure before it is turned over entirely to the customer.

I hope this is to your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, please do let me know. Otherwise, I hope to commence our partnership in earnest. Should you wish to continue with the project, the "down payment" - the Planning Stage fee - can be submitted to Synth|Biome. One at your convenience.
