Good day representatives of Ageira Innovations,
I am Alicia Young, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Crayter Republic. Our Republic is fighting the same invaders, that the Republic of Liberty and to that extend, you, do. You are likely aware that, due to the ongoing progress of the Gallic invasion time is a critical factor, as such the Crayter Republic comes to you with a business inquiry.
In a recent cabinet meeting the government of the Crayter Republic has come to the conclusion, that our home system Coronado is lacking efficient means of transportation, slowing down both, civilian logistics and military movements. While a small number of our military assets have been outfitted with experimental jump drive technology, we are currently not able to ensure the accuracy, the safety of use or even the deployment of this technology on a larger scale.
However, we are aware that Ageira Innovations, as the only supplier of trade lane and jump gate technology, owns a technology that could be beneficial in order to decrease travel times within Coronado.
As I am not familiar with the technological details, I will just give you a brief description of what we require:
We would be interested in the construction of trade lane segments to cover the distance from Sabah Shipyard to planet Baja, as well as a jumpgate near planet Baja, from where Coronado should receive a permanent connection to Cortez.
Now the important question: Considering the importance of this project we would prefer a swift construction.. Do you think that you could supply us with the required technology as soon as possible?
As time is of critical importance we would gladly accept the utilization of used parts, in order to speed up the construction process.
We are happy that your republic is looking towards being connected to the rest of network. However the technology for FTL transportation is very expensive and we would like to have guarantees that your republic can cover the costs. Major houses have their own economy that is fueling their state budgets and traffic generated by our products are in the long run pay off for the houses. We are unaware about your Republic's financial and economic state.
The second issue is constructing a Jump Gate to begin with in Cortez would be risky due to Gallia's advance. We cannot erect such monumental construction swiftly enough for it to be left unnoticed. We need assurances that there is possibility to secure the construction site. Recently we have already suffered a loss on Kusari-Rheinland front, thankfully without any casualties due to Rheinland's reasonable siege. Gallia might not be reasonable in this regards.
Thirdly, we have contacted you previously in regards to Ageira White Boxes and their restricted nature through the houses. This will be mandatory step towards signing a contract for construction and maintenance of your side of the network should we proceed with the project.

Dear Mr. White,
thank you for your message. While I can understand your concerns regarding the financial aspects of this project, I can assure you that our Republics economy, despite not having the volume of that of the houses, is flourishing and diversified. There are larger number of companies, such as Crayter Defense Industries, Integral Systems Engineering, Hephaestus Construction, Yuma Robotics, Yuma Farming Coop and Conveyor Minerals, in which the Republic itself is involved as owner or as part of a public private partnership. Furthermore there are many small and medium private businesses, which also provide their share to our states budget. Additionally the Republic has access to larger amounts of Deuterium and other mineral ressources in Coronado and Tau 44, so that we are certain, that the financing of this project can be covered.
We are aware of the Gallic advance and the problems this might cause for the gate construction. If you have an alternative connection to a different and more secure system in mind then this would certainly be something we will take into consideration.
Regarding the transport restrictions of your technology: Consider this to be solved, should we find an agreement for the gate and lane construction projects.
Now that the war has ended we are able to revisit your case and discuss whole project regarding connecting your Republic with the rest of Jump Gate and Trade Lane Network. We do have doubts about your financial situation and how exactly will network connections pay for itself but if that is what you wish, you will have to contact Interspace Commerce to discuss financing and/or insurance part of the deal.
I am Addison Reynolds, recently elected Secretary to the Crayter Quorum. In place of any of the Ministers, I am authorized to provide a response on their behalf.
Allow me to express my sincerest apologies for the unwelcome delay of my response. How this channel ended up in the Quorum backlog is truly a mystery, but I want to ensure that Crayter does intend to see these dealings through.
As Ms. Young pointed out months ago, Crayter's economic capabilities are easily sufficient to provide funding to this avenue of expenditure. Contacting Interspace Commerce about details pertaining to the insurance and further funding of this endeavour will be done once this transmission reaches your desk, as that also seemed to be amiss at the time of retrieval. The requested details of the trade are still largely agreed upon by the Republic's Quorum, those being a connection from the Crayter capital of Yuma and Sabah Shipyard to the gravity well of Planet Baja, with a permanent jump gate connection established with the Cortez system. Further expansion is being planned within, but the details that pertain to this particular business arrangement are the bare minimum we would like to attain.
I will be awaiting your response. Once more, I do apologize for the delay, and I look forward to dealing with Ageira in this matter.
In service to the Republic.
Addison Reynolds
Secretary to the Quorum

Ageira is always looking for opportunities to connect whole Sirius and now that the war is over, it is the best time to lay foundations for integrating your nation to Jump Gate and Trade Lane Network to maximize free travel and trade across Sirius. We will start investigating best position for Jump Gate connection to Cortez in the mean time.
We have determined that it is possible to build a Jump Gate in Magellan with approximate position calculated 30k behind Planet Curacao. However, Crayter Republic's financial state is of concern to us. If you could get Interspace Commerce to vouch, finance or insure the project, that would alleviate most of our concerns regarding this expansion.
