Dear friends and esteemed colleagues,

I know we have been in discussion regarding the clean up of the debris around Freeport 11, this is not a chase up, as such happenings require careful consideration, this is a follow on from ideas.

Using said scrap, we can refine it at the relevant base, and look further into the reinforcement of Freeport 11's defences and capabilities, allowing the station to be stronger and more capable to withstand the beatings that it seems to forever be involved with thanks to the Nomads and their followers.

A followup that could be of great interest to all of us, would be looking into these projects, which my team are in the process of drafting now, but can definitely share with you the basic gist of what we are looking to do here on the station, with your help. Now, these ideas are currently in drafting phase, but with the right input, I'm sure we can look deeper into these plans.

Now, there are three major plans related to the clean up that we've already suggested. I know Erzie is interested in the materials as well for his projects, which we should support as allies. There are also those of getting materials for Velvet and the Freeport's reinforcement of the hull.

So, plan one is reinforcing the hull of the station further before any real expansion projects take place, because that is what we need to think about, being in the position we are, and the past history of the station, reinforcements and strengthening the station itself will at least make people be able to sleep better at night.

The next proposition I have, after the main body of the station is reinforced is the implementation of a better defensive system. Electronic and physical capabilities to repel the usual miscreants. The idea my team had which I'm sure your team will be interested in Mister Tiltman. One of our plans is taking a Fearless class destroyer or two, ripping the engines out, reinforcing the hull to absolute buggery and putting a load of weapons on the thing to act as weapon platforms that can be automated.

Now, this idea was very elegantly put by one of my team members, who's eloquence shall not be repeated here, but it seems that it would defeinitely serve the purpose of keeping us secure while we work on project idea number three, which is more on the actual expansion.

Idea three is we look at a small shipyard, capability of servicing a single Fearless, or maybe multiple. Start looking at making it more than just a station with a few bio domes, and instead, something that can actually be mostly self sufficient. Maintaining business and key relationships is key, but as a station, the more we can look after ourselves, the less reliant we are on you all, and can instead look at stronger business relationships in the future.

These are mostly crazy ideas that any input on would be greatly appreciated. Because having the station stagnate on my watch is not something I ever want to happen.

Naturally, the plans for the clean up are priority one, these are just after thought ideas.

Greetings to all factions and corporations currently in this channel.

I am Paladin John Darius Guerra and I have been temporarily tasked to handle Omicron relations with Core allies and neutrals.

I have been informed of the current situation with the Freeport 11 and we are more than willing to assist in salvaging the debris around the freeport. We will also take into consideration for aiding in the upgrades as well.

We can divert escort units as well as a few APM transports to this goal, but with the current situations in the Omicrons, we will not be able to do it completely free of charge.
Here is my proposal:

Towards the goal of debris cleanup and the upgrade of Freeport 11 the Core will agree to:

- Offer Core assets of any kind necessary as following: Any snub type and gunboat type vessel will be used to escort transports throughout the Omicron systems. Any other Capital vessel will fully assist the parties that are being engaged only by mutual enemies in Omicron Delta, Lost and Rho.

- Offer APM assets of any kind necessary as following: Transports and their escorts to move the debris to any Zoner, Junker or OSI base within the Omicron systems.

In return, the same parties stated will agree to:

- Offer their assets to protect and assist APM assets and assist Core assets against mutual enemies; Snubcraft or larger.

- Compensate with an agreed amount of credits from all sides.

This deal will stand until the full goal has been reached.

Melissa stands in the administration office, looking out at the Palau cloud and the small amount of debris. After a couple of seconds, she turns round with a smile on her face. A soft and friendly tone.

"Paladin Guerra, I will go over the terms with my team on Velvet and on the Freeport, see what their thoughts are on this."

Junkers Congress have been added to the transmission.

"I have added the Junkers Congress onto this communication, as it was my mistake that they were not added originally.

As far as I can see, Paladin, everything seems fine to me, we can agree the compensation amount that Velvet and the Freeport will contribute in a private communication. I know Doctor Erzie would be able to make good use of the raw materials as well, and I could definitely see OSI's impressive commercial fleet should prove beneficial. Although Velvet does have a commercial and logistical department should also be able to help.

Regarding the upgrades to the station, reinforcing the gull, upgrading the electronic systems, up rated weapons systems and also a look into servicing facilities for smaller capital ship craft, such as the Fearless Q-Ships. Obviously, this won't be a cheap or short term endeavor. I eagerly await your replies."

"Since this original transmission, my organisation has grown exponentially, to the point we are now fielding a much larger fleet of Aquilons, and at the time of writing, even a Nephilim. To that end, as soon as we have cleared the debris field, we will be looking at something even bigger than just servicing our vast fleet of Q-Ships, but also our much larger vessels. As much as we would love permanent access to Livadia, I would rather us keep our projects in house. To that end, Mr. Mannlicher's list is very much to the point, however, I will say that now, we will be looking at a much larger ship servicing facilities. To confirm, this is were we stand on what we can do once the scrap field is cleared from the station:

• Weapon systems are currently being built as we speak, as the final projects are being completed on Fort Scorpius.
  
  
• The refinement of the scrap materials can be divided between all factions who wish to assist with this, as an extra payment. We will ensure that safety is maintained while this happens, along with any other security forces that can be mustered

• The ship facility will be moved to Fort Scorpius, and will be moved behind the station further. We will be looking at exactly were we will be moving this in due course. • Bio dome facilities will be constructed with a partnership and co-operation of Synth Foods and Daumann, with Synth Foods taking lead and Daumann assisting with materials.
  
  
• Transporting of items will be done in collaboration with all those who wish to assist, and fair prices for your efforts will be further agreed once construction projects start.
  
  
• Construction of all items will be done with maximal co-operation to ensure upmost efficiency, which is of high importance, given that we will be having to maintain heavy security until we are safe to work without the need for multiple capital vessels to watch over these tasks.

This is no cheap or quick 'contract' if you could call it that. However, it will ensure that there is plenty of business in the Delta system, as more trade will be prosperous for all of us involved. Not to mention strong co-operations out in these dangerous spaces will only prove to strengthen our banners collectively.

As always, previously eluded, these plans are still in their infancy, but the most important thing is securing the way to get these projects under way.

The primary focus should be the clearance of the debris first. As soon as this is done, the previous aforementioned tasks can be done.

I would suggest a meeting, face to face, so that we can arrange this for the best way possible. A neutral ground of Freeport 11 would probably be best, as then we can know with what we are dealing. This will be a long term and expensive endeavor for both the Freeport and the Velvet organisation.
