Recently, we have resumed preparations for a previously abandoned operation on Planet Tomioka in the Nagano system. As you may be aware the Blood Dragons currently have a small, hidden outpost on the planet, which serves as a base of operations for strikes against Samura facilities – it is from here that we intend to eventually launch a full-scale offensive on the planet surface.
This is why I have contacted you; supply has always been a major factor in our alliance with the Golden Chrysanthemums and I have heard rumours that the Gen’an Cell has expanded its smuggling operations of late. If we are to be victorious on Tomioka, our forces will need basic supplies and munitions, and we would be most appreciative if you could assist us with this.
If you see fit to help us, it will unfortunately be necessary for your pilots to use freighter-class vessels to deliver goods to the outpost without risking detection. You will find, however, that we are willing to pay a premium to those that make the run.

The gen'an Sisterhood is aware of the Blood Dragon interest in Planet Tomioka, but it has been so long that we heard news from it, that we thought the Blood Dragons had abandonned the fight for the planet. Have you made much progress in the campaign yet?
You are right that our sisterhood increased our share on the black market recently. If you are looking for supplies to use against those Samura puppets, we could surely provide them to you. It is good to see the Blood Dragons rekindling our ancient alliance. Is there anything special you are looking for? Custom fitted ballistic rifles with reduced recoil or explosives that can punch a hole into the strongest fortifications?
Currently we have no freighter-class vessel in use, but it will be arranged that we do in the near future. You will have the support of the Gen'an Chrysanthemums in your war for the planet.
As for our campaign, we are currently only able to mount small raids against Samura operations on the planet; we are hurting them, but we are not yet prepared to begin a full-scale attack. Our outpost is in need of a number of supplies, I will attach a list of the commodities currently being accepted to this message and leave it to your wisdom to decide which you are best able to deliver for us.
