First off, congratulations on your promotion. I have followed your career with great interest, even after I, and the rest of Corvin's cabinet, were replaced following the last elections. But, alas, I am not here to reminisce about old days, not with barbarians at the gates and Cortez barely won.
BB-1, Olympia. Lost because I actually let that fool take command.
BB-2, Valkyrie. Doing whatever, because I'm not told anything anymore.
BB-4, Agamemnon. Took part in the fighting in Cortez I hear. Excellent.
BB-5, Hera. Newly finished, put on the highest priority after the loss of Helios and worked on tirelessly.
Yes, Admiral. There is a number missing. As you know, Artemis-BB13, a Zephyr MKII that was deployed to the Bretonian front, was disabled and nearly destroyed when Leeds fell. It managed to patrol Coronado for a time, before the ship finally gave out and was better used as scrap. As you know, this was around the "birth of terror" that was Deimos. As the creator of the Deimos, in my tenure as Minister, I slated for construction three Deimos - the first prototype, Olympia, who now is fused with rock and completely destroyed, was completed under my watch. Second was Valkyrie, which I did not oversee to completion. But...as I am a woman of many talents, I have been put to work here, and now I find myself looking at BB-3. The majority the chassis has been planned and nearly completed, with Artemis-BB13 already broken down and scrapped. Unfortunately, I am at an impasse. With the majority of materials diverted to other projects after BB-3 fell behind, the nearly finished chassis was towed out and placed in orbit.
I am here to ask for your backing in the completion of Deimos BB-3, taking upon her the name of her predecessor - Artemis. And yes, half the reason I'm here is because Phoebe is fairly angry that her command has been pushed back by CIS meddling. Which brings me to a...proposition. CIS may prefer to use faster corvettes and such, but in the case of any ingress from the Drake system, we need something more. That is why I proposition that BB-3 Artemis is not only finished through the hard work of the Movers, but with the help of the Order. With their know-how, we can have Artemis completed as a joint Order-Crayterian venture, utilizing much of their know-how in the war against the Nomads.
But I know what you, Admiralty, the President, what have you, are asking. Why? Well that is simple. When the Nomads come, should we not be ready? With what we learn from the Order in the construction of BB-3 Artemis, we can devise refits to enhance our ship capabilities. We are allies still, are we not? Joining hands to ensure that the Order one day does not fight alone in a war that involves us as a species is the least we can do.

Xi, if I may call you so,
Thank you for your congratulations, it has been a journey but we are finally making progress. Your proposition is interesting to say the least, but I have seen the hulk of BB-3 out there indeed. I had not yet found the time to commit to it, but I am glad you brought this up to me now. If you think you will be able to get the Order to help you specialize the vessel, and you can oversee it's completion then you have indeed my blessing.
Please let it be known that I won't be available full time to assist you in this endeavour, but I shall be happy when BB-3 is completed to give us our fourth vessel of the Class.

Xi is fine. I am no longer a Minister, just a mere researcher. Sucks, to be frank. They cut my budget and when SRS was built, I barely had time to pack my oven. Was fairly annoying, to be honest. But, whatever.
Your blessing is all I needed. I shall reach out to the Order once done with this transmission and see about getting BB-3 completed. And if Agent Omega or Iota come knocking, please remind them I may forget which airlocks work?
