Melissa is standing there, looking out of the window towards the Palau cloud. As the transmission starts, she turns around with a warm smile on her face. Before she speaks, she bows her head, closing her eyes briefly. As she look up, she talks directly to the video feed in a .

"Colleagues and our esteemed fellow Zoners. Today, I'm announcing our plans to further increase our activity in other systems beyond Delta.

Erzie, I want to let you and IRG know with what's happening in Tau37 and the situation there... We plan on stepping up our involvement, if nothing else to allow for yourselves to concentrate on your projects instead of the Freeport's security. After all, it's our specialization. If there's anything you need while we're keeping the people there safe, contact the team headed by Max, captain of the Nyx, and they'll be happy to assist you.

Paul, Elyssa has already made you and the rest of OSI aware of our plans with Corfu, so that we have some place in which is a lot more secure for us to oversee and facilitate our growing fleet capabilities. I was wondering if there's any status update on that? This is a large priority for us now, as we need to look at securing better facilities beyond Livadia to produce vessels and ensure their operational capability.

To my team in Velvet, Elyssa, you're to take lead on getting a small team of 3 or more people to take point on the supplying of Freeport Eleven with additional automated defenses. Draft what we need, and it's something we can all work on. This is now your main project. All our expansions are on hold until the HQ is secured. I know Catherine Sapphire has a good idea of what we'll need. Jonathon Lockwood and Peter Kristall have proven valuable to Logistic Division, so they should be eager to help.

Hello there!

If we're going about with automation, defense platforms are the first go to - if we want to save any resources, I'm sure we can find some older Fearless Q-Ships and outfit them with some automated systems. Might have to go to a few scrapyards, but if you want automation, a few Q-Ships held in specific points around our Headquarters would work wonders. I'll talk with the aforementioned people and see what we can't get done to secure our headquarters before looking to anything further.

First of all, that's Doctor Erzie to you - second, I appreciate you informing me of your own plans, as Freeport 10 has always been the odd one out in the far reaches. Let me know of any situations that arise as they occur, as IRG assets are mostly tied in the Omicrons as of late due to projects we've taken on. Livadia should meet any construction needs for additional Q-ships, as it now has quite the capacity for small capital vessels with its new additions. Hopefully we will see an expansion of our capabilities shortly, once projects are moved through the queue.

Standing in front of a blank canvas, Melissa smiles at the camera, bowing her head before she speaks..

"My apologies, Doctor, got ahead of myself there. Was by no means meant as any form of disrespect.

As far as Freeport 10 goes, Doctor, may I ask if there is currently an administration team? Main reason I ask, is so that I can liaise with them directly instead of yourself, as I know you are in fact one of the busiest people in Sirius. I would also like to speak in private in regards to Livadia, as we will need to negotiate the use of a dock for some extensive upgrades on our flagship, The Cryolite. It's an older model Aquilon that is in need of some extensive work. But, that's a matter for another time. Rest assured, IRG will be well compensated along with our mutual allies in The Core, should they be willing to assist. I will speak to them regarding the upgrades shortly.

Doctor, while I have your attention as well, we are currently working on a project near Freeport 11. Project Scorpius, which has already begun it's preliminary tests, and will soon be fully operational with the assistance of my team. So be aware, there will be some additions to and near the Freeport that are currently Velvet only, however, we will be opening the docking rights to IRG and OSI as soon as it is in a good position.Further to this, we will be looking at the acquisition of an additional 5 Fearless Q-Ship class destroyers in the coming weeks, to add to our fleet. We also have need of a few additional ideas, again, these will come at a time when we are ready to begin. If there are also a few that have engine problems and malfunctions, we will send over The Platinum to bring them to the Freeport so we can put them into position. I will appoint someone to this in due time.

Elyssa, secure the best possible deal. Thanks to Logistic Division's recent efforts and with the money we will be generating from Project Scorpius, we should be able to maintain maximal operational capacity even during this task. Don't go too mad though, we aren't anywhere near IRG or OSI's income levels, and won't be for a long time. Unless we get some form of miracle."

Just before the feed ends, Melissa smiles and nods her head.
