Mr. Erzie, or whomever the topic may concern,
I am certain my name will ring a bell among your group. I wish circumstances were better and I must state I do not approve of Olympia's late actions.
What I am going to request is a certainly fulfillable task for your men and women.
I believe you remember the modifications were done to Olympia. I and my engineering team would like to have the same capabilities on a Zephyr-Class Carrier as of this moment. The aforemented Zephyr, operating under Independent Miners Guild identification, bearing IFF designation G.P.V. Glaucus would amplify the Guild's self defense capabilities, combined with upgrades. Of course we expect this will come at a cost and we are ready to negotiate a price.
My name is Brandon Wright, I'm the Chair of the Department of Hyperspace Cartography within Ingenuus Research Group. While My department wasn't available for the initial project we will be working with you on this one today.
Now of course all things have a price and I am very glad that you are being so forward with negotiations, I would like to be as forward. In short my department lacks a capable deep space research vessel. While our smaller Corvo's meet many of our inhouse research needs the open wilds of space are really where the rubber meets the road so to speak. We are willing to provide your vessel with the necessary Jump Drive upgrades but we would like a jump capable "Argus" Battlecruiser in return for our expert services.

Mr. Wright
I, being with IMG and most Arguses are Crayter-produced, can not request one just like that, to even requisition one for my own command, let alone transferring one to you. I was looking for something similar to the old deal we conducted. Yes, that was under different circumstances, while different events were happening and I am aware you are very skeptical about providing such technology once again. As I stated before, I can not fulfill your request with current conditions, however I will inquire with IMG Directorate and hope for a slim chance nonetheless.
I wish to see a more fulfillable price and will wait for your second proposal.
Ingenuus is going to be firm about our request for Capital Ship Technology. We can guarantee that our operations will be fully funded by credits pretty much indefinitely. What we cannot guarantee is that our sometimes friends won't turn on us and take what isn't there's.
If the guilds relations with the Crayter Republic prevent the acquisition of an Argus, a Sagarmatha Battle-cruiser will also mostly fulfill our departments goals.

Mr. Wright
A Sagarmatha, although still outside of my authority, is a much more pursuable goal. I will try my best to requisite one for you, which if you were to state your usage areas for such a vessel, I could convince the right people easier. However if even that fails, a standard-issue IRG Cell will suffice, which I will contact through proper channels for acquisition. I believe my engineers will be able to approach the project from a different angle. I would like to know if the Cell would work without extensive modifications, just to grant extra power to the vessel, which is ultimately what it boils down to in our intentions.
