I am contacting you today due to being notified by the Rheinwehr command. Your position was Admiral when you were leading the Rheinwehr I believe. But in your absence, the Rheinwehr has a new Admiral. They have denounced your title as Admiral. I hereby request that you contact Rheinwehr High Command to clear this matter up before it gets out of hand.
May I ask what called you from your absence for this to cause of what seems a misunderstanding?
I would like to sort this matter out as soon as possible as we all have more important priorities to deal with, than a miscommunication.
The current head of the Militär can't fight its own fights, noted.It's a good thing I'm here.
I'm aware of the current situation with the Rheinland Militär, "Polizeidirektor". The matter has already been cleared: I live to serve the Rhein and the Rhein alone, regardless of who is under my command. Who is under my command, you ask? The Kaiser's Rache.
I haven't returned, for I was never gone. That should clear any missunderstanding.

As you are aware, the Militär has more pressing issues than to deal with this. As Bundesgrenzschutz, it is my duty to ensure the Militär officers behave accordingly and do not go AWOL or do things to bring the Rheinwehr into disrepute.
What is the current situation with the Rheinland Militär, and do you have proof for me to look at?
If you were never gone, you would know that the Militär Polizei and Rheinland Federal Polizei has joined together. I hope you now know the reason why I am contacting you.
If I'm not mistaken, The Kaisers Rache is part of second fleet?
