- William Hawthorne, Director of License Requisition Center
The Wingman Squadron are here to protect and to serve the people and Law Enforcement of Liberty and any other organisations who would care to hire our services.
Our base of operations is in New York and is named Salt Lake Station it is in close proximity to Fort Bush and close to Planet Pittsburgh.
Greetings William Hawthorne,
So sorry for the delayed response I have been quite busy at present but will put things in motion to get the facility moved as soon as possible to an adequate location as stated in your transmission.
If possible I would also like a response to being on your Bounty Board aswell if thats ok, I requested it a few days ago and we are keen to get our operatives more active to help with the unlawfuls who hinder your systems.
The movement request is my top priority now and will sort it as soon as possible.
I would have liked to keep the installation where it is to be honest and would be glad to pay an extra fee seeing as the installation has a full licence indefinately,so a reply to this would be appreciated and as soon as you reply if needed the base will be moved to the location stated.

Greetings William Hawthorne,
I am in the process of requesting movement of the base which will be done as soon as i can get the right people involved with such a large operation.
And I can assure you it will be done as soon as humanly possible and I would like enough time to complete this operation within the next seven days if that is possible because we will have to move staff and ships way from the station to make the move easier and less of a strain on the structure in case of any hull breaches and damage.
I do not want to cause any bad feeling between my Squadron and yourselves because we are only present in Liberty at at the moment to help in any way we can and hopefully our numbers will grow soon so we can be patrolling more often.
This communication is to inform you that the movement of SALT LAKE STATION has been denied, however we talked with our moving engineers and we have managed to move the STATION slightly away from its current location so as to not hinder the trade lane to Pittsburgh and also the Shipyard.
Thankyou for contacting us in regards aswell to the permanent licence being adjusted to make sure our STATION is safe and secure within the realms of New York.
May I also point out that your'e paperwork names our STATION as "Salt Lake City" for which I am assuming that this is an administration error so I would like to ask for this to be adjusted accordingly and as soon as humanly possible.
Greetings William Hawthorne,
I am informing you today that the Station will be moved 5 clicks behind Baltimore Shipyard as requested and will take place within the next 7 days when we can suitably arrange the engineers to perform the operation.
