Were trading various ship equipment and our business is going very good. One day some customer asked us- why we dont have own factory- and we found this idea very interesting. And now we are here- to ask your permission to start build our factory complex.

Reason(s) for Construction: Manufacturing. We developed unique marketing strategy, that could work.

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: For now we planning to build manufacturing complex only up to core 2. Monthly fee will be paid. If all will go smooth, well make one-time full payment.

Please note that, due to the proximity to Norfolk Shipyard, you will need to independently seek out the written permission to construct your base at that location from the Liberty Navy's First Fleet ([LN]) and Fifth Fleet (5th|), persuant to Section Two, Article One of the Republic of Liberty's legal code. Otherwise, you will need to relocate the base to a minimum of five kilometers away from Norfolk.

Secondary reason was inquiry why would you build a second modular station instead of expanding capabilities of your first one - Mr.Trakais SpaceTech Shop.
