Earlier this evening i had an encounter with 2 of your operatives in California.

It was rather interesting as they implied that our Base Freeport 12 in Galileo (as you know) has been depriving your operatives from earning credits when they pirate ships.

I am under the impression that our business dealings with the Blood Diamonds is still in place and i know we havent spoken for a while my friend,but while i was on a return trip from New London the 2 operatives engaged in what i would call interogation informing me that Freeport 12 had been in Galileo for a long time and it was depriving your operatives from making credits from traders because they use our base.

I dont really see how this would effect that,but they also continued to inform me they wanted compensation for this deprevation of credits.

As far as my records inform me i know your operatives deliver the diamonds when they can and obviously have to be careful of security forces while they are doing this.

And as for compensation for loss of credits i am confused as to what has triggered this off after so long and i have obviously had no communication about this ......situation of losing credits.......

So could you please confirm this situation and why all of a sudden we seem to be a danger to your organisation.

So he has passed this communication to me. I am the Hellhound of the Liberty Rogues, and as you might have guess since I referred to Lord Moka as our Warlord, Dwayne Lewis is no longer in such position.

I'll keep this as short as possible, Since your establishment was setup in Galileo, it has provided a safe haven for those that pass through the System. Wracking up the numbers over how long your establishment has been robbing the Rogues on Padua of their profit I'd say it's time the instillation is removed from our territory, you are after all on borrowed land. Or if you prefer that we don't siege your base with everyone in it, we require a one time payment of 8 billion credits, that's 4 billion for the base itself and it's extension. Should you wire the amount Lord Moka requires of you, then we will leave your base alone as you will have paid for the amount lost over the years.

We find those Blood Diamonds to be of little value at this stage in our operation and you have been downgraded from friend, to cattle. Choose your next words wisely, you're in our feeding ground.

Dear Warlord Moka,

May i first apologise for my indiscretion not knowing about your appointment as Warlord as i was not aware and i have not received any transmission to tell me of your appointment.

I wish to try and negotiate with you in respect to our previous communication between us regarding our lack of respect for your piracy operation in Galileo.
As you have already been aware we have been in the system for some time now and have always kept ourselves to ourselves so to speak as we go along our business of manufacturing equipment and also keeping the base well established.

Our base manufactures equipment for anyone who cares to buy it from us and we really need this facility to be here for our operation and what we want to achieve in respect to our operation.

We as Zoners are a simple bunch but most of our higher command have been in the business sector for some time now and we have brought our group together to try and establish relations with as many people as possible and i would like our relationship to be better than it is now and i am not sure whether you are aware but we do also have business dealings with the Lane Hacker Professorship which i also understand you are very friendly with too.I wont go into any details of what our business with the Lane Hackers is but we do have a good relationship with them.

SO... Lord Moka lets discuss,

Your last transmission mentioned a fee which is .....well.....a little out of our reach so to speak as this one off payment could affect our financial situation seeing as we need to keep the crew and families fed and also maintain an awful lot of our groups ships.

So we are prepared to try and negotiate this situation as i am sure you will be aware alot of time and work and blood and sweat has gone into the building of both our establishments including the extension.

FREEPORT 12 AND EXTENSION PROPOSAL

As i said earlier the amount you wish is just a little hard to come across all in one go so here is what i propose to you to try and resolve this situation.

WEEKLY PAYMENTS FOR EXTENSION AND MAIN BASE

We are offering a weekly payment of 100.000.000 (100 million) Sirius credits to ensure the safety of our installation which i hope is adequate for you seeing as this would be nearly 5 billion credits per calendar year.

Also just as an extra payment i am willing to offer you 20.000.000 (20 million) Sirius credits for the safety of my vessels within the realms of liberty space and also Kepler and Galileo and this fee will be payed at a weekly interval also.Again this payment will total in excess of 1 billion credits per Calendar year.
