Guildmaster Namura,

A recent routine patrol performed by one of my clan's pilots has uncovered an installation in one of your systems. From the initial scans and its proximity to Hiryu Cloud, we believe that it used to be some sort of research platform.

No activity has been detected in the vicinity of the base. The lack of power and defensive systems would indicate that whomever has used it in the past has now abandoned it.

As it was found in space controlled by the Guild, I ordered my men to not take any actions until we contact you.

Nevertheless, should you wish to remove it, my engineers suggested that if dissembled, some parts could be recycled and put to better use than just being blown to pieces.

Daimyo Minamoto,

It is a pleasure to be in receipt of your message. The Blood Dragons and Gas Miners Guild have long enjoyed a positive relationship of benefit to us both and we are most grateful for your correspondence.

The Guild has for some time been aware of the installation to which you refer. It has, since its detection, been marked for destruction by the Guild paramilitary. These plans have sadly been delayed due to the illegal invasion of the Sigma systems conducted by the Federal Republic of Rheinland, which GMG continues to struggle against.

The construct in question, unfortunately, is too great a security risk for The Guild to consider anything but its immediate destruction. Its proximity to the Omicron Beta jumphole is in particular a major issue. Should this be a station erected by the Outcasts, its very structure is expected to be laced with the poison that is their cardamine.

It is, regrettably, for these reasons The Guild cannot in good faith allow the potential of contamination amongst our friends. The Blood Dragons are, however, most welcome to join the deconstruction effort.
