To whom it may concern;

An operation was recently undertaken by a joint task force of Libertonian officials, which resulted in the dismantling of an illegal installation parked in geostationary orbit above Planet Sayre. As we understand the typical Pennsylvania Junker haunt of Allentown to be nearby, we have decided to alert the Junker groups of Allentown, as well as the main representatives of the Junkers, about the aftermath. Debris were scattered far and wide in orbit along the axis of detonation, and we believe the remains to be minimal enough to be approximately invaluable on any scale; however, the chance remains they might act as micrometeorites in low Sayre orbit, with the possibility of reaching as far out as Allentown itself and any shipping to and fro. As such, consider this as much a hazard warning as it is a notice for cleanup.
