Let me introduce myself, I am Masura Sera. President of the Nikkyo Consortium. To keep it short, we oversee and if required regulate the doing of the Syndicates of the Hogosha Alliance. In this case, we decided to take matters into our hands, as it is not deemed appropriate for one Syndicate alone to decide on such a sensitive request.

Suzuka Station, as proposed by the Wakagashira of the Majima Family, will indeed suit your needs. The location she led you to will keep you undetected for quite a while too.
But renting the drydock, having overseers present, workers ready, possibly materials needing to be delivered - nothing of this comes for free. You have spoken of many various things to offer. We have no interest in knowledge or power, we hold a considerable amount of both right now. Knowledge of the Omicrons is of no true concern to us, unless it is worth money and otherwise unlikely for us to get to know through other people.

Far more interesting was your offer to pay for our help through money or guns, possibly both. We would like you to elaborate the damage your vessel received first, then we can calculate the appropriate costs for our services.
