Konbanwa honorable allies,
I am sure you received the transmission of a new group, called the Nouka, that supposedly closed the borders of Kusari to all foreigners. It has been brought to our attention aswell and we will destroy any vessels of this organisation that hinder allied vessels from passing into Kusari.
The core of our message however is that multiple of our Sisters have notified Command of their desire to obtain a CQV-Gen I "Rapier" Maltese Very Heavy Fighter. It seems like the quality of the Maltese technology already in use by the Sisterhood has increased its popularity among our Sisters. Right now 5 Rapiers will be well sufficient. If you agree, we will pick them up at a location of your choosing like always.
How is the status of Taus? Is the cardamine trade route still secure? We had little intel from that sector lately.

Buenas tardas honored allies,
I will inform our security wing about this group, nobody will interrupt the flow of the orange dream. The board of directors discussed this matter and it was decided to hand the decision over to our main ship manufacturers, the Istituto di Ricerca Militare Maltese or in short IRMM, as far as I'm aware there was already a short contact between the two parties. We leave the decision up to them, the board of directors sees no reason to not grant your request, however. Since our dealings in the past and present were always fruitful. As far as I'm aware the Taus and the trade routes are still secured. The IRMM has been granted access to this comm, so expect their answer soon.
From: Istituto di Ricerca Militare Maltese Esteemed Matriarch Aya,
We're delighted to see the Gen'an cell having very positive ties with Cádiz Cártel. As there was not a single shred of negative feedback on You, We're ready the expend few Rapiers once you answer the following questions:
Have You had any prior experience with piloting Maltese vessels, if so, what class?
Do You have the means to repair these vessels?
Lastly, It's not the ship that makes a pilot better. We will grant You the vessels with a warming feel in our hearts once You pass the test of fire against our Agent.

Konnichiwa IRMM,
I have not had the pleasure of meeting you yet in person. I am Matriarch Kiri of the Golden Chrysanthemum Gen'an Sisterhood. One of my Lieutenants, Yamada Mariko, met one of your pilots, Blackfox, in Kyushu earlier where he helped us dispatch of a Kempeitai vessel. Please accept my thanks for your aid.
We are acquinted to Maltese vessels. The Gen'an Sisterhood owns 4 Tridente gunships and 2 Aspis battletransports. Most of those were acquired from the Cadiz Cartel for our assistence in various projects. One of the gunships was offered to us as a reward by the National Council.
We can handle the repairs of small ships, but for the upkeep of our larger Maltese vessels we currently divert to the expertise of the Maltese shipyards.

You're welcome and we will gladly help You whenever possible.
Tridentes and Battletransports, very impressive to know you've been able to acquire them from two different factions.
Cádiz Cártel people are generous, but Rapiers were made to suit Maltese hands for which most of the other ships are too slow to use, and so if we're to share them with Your members, They have to pass an actual combat test.

Do not worry.
Through us flows Matsuda's warrior spirit.
We shall first prove our competence through this combat trial. You shall see that our Sisters are worthy pilots.

Hanako, Kirisame, Hirose Akahana. Three Rapiers with BW engines and H-Fuel reactors are awaiting them on Malta.
Hirose Akahana showed the most potential, if she wishes, she may use Maltese engines on her Rapier.
In the meantime we were contacted by a Maltese woman about a request to acquire one "C5-F Blossom" Heavy fighter, if it would be possible, we'd like to kindly request one from you.

Two of the Rapiers have been picked up by Yamada-san and Hirose-san. As we already expected, the Maltese technology once again lives up to its reputation. We thank you for allowing us to obtain these vessels. They shall be put to good use to further the goals of our alliance.
Sadly on such short notice, the Sisters away on assignments didn't get the opportunity to take part of the combat test. With your permission I will send those wishing to undergo the test to obtain a Rapier at a later time, to contact the IRMM.
The C5-F "Blossom" Heavy Fighter is one of the Golden Chrysanthemum's finest achievements. It is a personal favourite of mine due to its agility. The Blossom shall be granted to her. She can pick one up at Ainu Depot and outfit it with GC weapons if it is to her liking. It will come with a standard Kusarian engine.
The only condition we have is that the vessel shall not be used against groups that are friendly to the Golden Chrysanthemums. It is the same condition that the Cadiz Cartel gave us when they sold us Maltese vessels. It prevents unnecessary diplomatic issues.
