An Die Sehr Geehrten Damen und Herren Ihrer Majestaets Regierung Bretonia,

Bitte allow me to express my deepest regrest for the awful fate that has befallen your people. We mourn for your fallen and all that you have lost. No doubt by now word has reached you that the Rheinland Government has pressed for every Humanitarian Relief effort to be undertaken with best speed. My corporation has already mobilised more than 300 vessels to carry Food, water and medicines to you, and provide whatever support we may to evacuate the striken civilian population.

I am informed, and have marvelled at, of the battle that took place around New London and in its atmosphere. The images captured by the first convoys of ours that passed through the area in the aftermath of the battle are chilling, to say the least. But, the practical man in me cannot help but note the large amount of debris and broken vessels now endangering orbital space and traffic; I believe Daumann can be of use in cataloguing, recovering and clearing this debris field - and therefore would like to offer the services of my corporation to you in this undertaking.

I ask you to return our contact as soon as possible, with whatever information you may have - the manner and type of commodities that are most required for relief efforts are of particular urgency. Please let us know if there is any further way in which we may assist you. In times like these the boundaries of politics fall away, and man must help his fellow man. I await to hear from you soon.

Honorable Herr Alexander East,

I have no doubt you have your hands very full, so I will take as little of your time as I can.

While the images of Leeds during the evacuation will scar my memories for many years to come, the concerted efforts of all involved, from all houses and walks of life, is a testament to the integrity of mankind even in the darkest of times. Although record keeping is, unsurprisingly, hardly accurate in such times I am pleased and relieved that our efforts were able to provide tens of thousands of standard tonnes of medical aid and necessary supplies, as well as assist in the evacuation of millions of refugees.

Now that the evacuation of Leeds is drawing to a close, and our ships are beginning to return to their duties, we have a great number of ships of all varieties still available for assignment in Bretonia. As per my previous message, Daumann is most willing to offer its services in clearing the orbital debris field; our ships are ready to begin the cataloging processes immediately, with your permission.

I would not be doing my job as a corporate executive officer if I did not note that such services, substantial as they are, cannot be rendered uneconomically. However, Rheinland is well aware of the great burden of reconstruction that you face, and we are more than willing to defer payments for our part in helping you rebuild; in particular if you are able to grant certain requests that could be discussed.

The Government cannot permit the removal of any debris around New London until a full account of what is there has been conducted in addition to Liberty's interests being satisfied. However, the Omega-3 debris field around Aland is in need of downsizing and we are not opposed to DHC clearing that if you are interested.

Honorable Herr Alexander East,

It is a pleasure to hear from you again. Daumann is no stranger to large development projects under government jurisdiction, so I certainly understand that the clearing of the New London debris field will require a great deal of inter-cooperation with the Libertonians. We would certainly be willing to discuss any terms you might have regarding the contents of the field; as a full catalogue of the debris would be required, I suggest this be the first step - we would be quite happy to undertake this under contract.

In the meantime, regarding the Aland field, Daumann is most pleased to Accept your contract. We will undertake a survey of the debris field, prepare a client report and make preparations for its deconstruction. I will report further progress, and have my staff draw up an appropriate contract with delayed payment provisions.
