Monsieur Vaillant,
My point of view, as you put it, should be clear as crystal to any loyal soldier of the Crown -- the Sirian offensive has failed and the Core Worlds themselves stand alone and near-unguarded against the Council's rapid advances. Had I known that a handoff of our forces to the ineffectual Macron would eventually lead to this, I would never have allowed the either the Maine Crisis or the Tau-44 Offensive to divert my battlegroup and its assets from the Bretonian Front. Unfortunately, one thing has led to another, and years of slackened standards and exposure to Sirian ideology and propaganda have poisoned the minds of many of the Crown's soldiers, to the point where desertion has become rampant across a number of fleets.
I do not know you and have no idea of your individual competence or that of any units under your command, but I can assure you that any and all craft flashing pre-Macron era IFF codes have declared wholly for the Crown and the King. I will give you the same advice as I would any other detachment commander in these turbulent times -- the Royal Navy's allegiance lies with the Crown itself, and to forego or forget that is tantamount to treason.
At present, we are fully occupied in supporting the evacuation of material and personnel to the newly-christened Bordeaux. No attacks on our convoys from Allied forces have yet been reported, leaving us in a position of an uneasy and unspoken ceasefire with the Bretonians' evacuee fleets for now, as there is no sense in provoking them to interfere in our efforts. The movement of adequate personnel and supplies to the Bordeaux colony is of paramount strategic concern to the Crown, whereas the humanitarian efforts conducted by our enemies should have little to no concrete impact. Should they see fit to deviate from their current position, though, our reprisals will be swift and without mercy, and I would call on all forces loyal to the Crown to do the same.

Madame la Duchesse,
Thank you for your explainations. Now I have a better idea to who I am speaking at the current time. Oui, en effet. Our offensive has failed. I knew it since the events in Provence. With all our assets on the Bretonian front, nothing could stop the Council anymore. Now I don't believe our token forces around New Paris can stop the Révolution. The Conseillards will just need more time to succeed.
Regarding myself, I served with loyalty the Crown on the frontlines since a time now, leading the mighty Sombre Destin to the victory. I could detail more but I don't think it is necessary and it would be only a waste of our precious and limited time.
Despite what's happening I still remain a Royalist. I blame those who are responsible of such disaster. Some of them as the former Amiral Chanteloup doesn't recognize their responsabilities in this but prefered to give up. I am not such person. I still believe we have a chance.
Like you, I am aswell organizing the convoys towards Aquitaine. Shall our forces will soon.
Sincèrement
Marine Royale Gauloise, Commandant Pierre Vaillant.
