Situation in Leeds and Gallia
I bid you a good day, esteemed representatives of the Gallic Council.
Allow me to introduce myself first of all, I am Inquisitor Blacknight of the Order Overwatch. I am in command of one of our special force divisions, but I am not reaching out to you in the name of just my division. I reach out to you in the name of the Overwatch and Grand Admiral Golanski, who unfortunately is unavailable at this moment.
With the recent developments in the Leeds system, one that displays the cruelty and the desperation of the Gallic Crown in a new, frightening light, a vessel was deployed to the Leeds system to observe the situation and provide aid to the evacuation efforts if needed. The situation gives us the signal that Gallia's fate is uncertain and of obvious troubled nature, therefore we do not just want to have a ship deployed there, but also get in touch with the Council again after a time of silence. We have high hopes that the Council succeeds with their true goal and that we can establish a stable contact, hopefully followed by a stable cooperation between a new Gallia and the Order.
To show our goodwill, the deployed vessel, namely the OCV Fedayeen, one of our finest battlecruisers, and their crew will gladly assist wherever the High Command considers its support as needed most. Please do not hesitate to ask them to fight alongside you against common enemies, they will be more than ready to assist you.

Council - Order billateral relations
You have brought an end to the bloodshed with what I would say, possibly the least casualties possible in this timeline as fleets in Gallia are standing down. This is more than I can say about myself and I salute to you for that.
But even now, instead of celebrations there is sadness and mourning. Untold billions meet their end at the hands of not aliens, but just regular humans. Some of us, even me experienced Toledo again and are proven without a doubt that The Order’s policy of refraining from interfering in inter-Sirian wars has failed. There is no way of telling should late or early entry of The Order into the war could have influenced the outcome but the obvious retrospection is that war against GRI and its Triumph destroyer death squadrons shouldn't have been considered as merely optional, rather as necessary.
But now… Interim president? Admirals? Whichever name you have taken to be called at the time, I have a simple request to facilitate our arrival in territories claimed by the newly founded Republic of Gallia to repeat the same work we had started in Champagne. With your rapid expansion, we need to intensify training and transfer of anti-Nomad equipment to your sovereign territories. For your knowledge, we had taken the liberty of contacting the Provisional Gallic Police forces with similar offer. Our latest reconnaissance sorties into Duchy of Burgundy shown that Police had purged themselves of hardline royalist connotations and chose the path of reconciliation.
Our offer of establishing a meeting still stands but I understand that fate of Gallia is far more important than occupying your precious time with us. All that The Order requires of you is continued assurance that our commitments and gradual expansion into Gallia are sanctioned by your security forces.
