My name is Jonathan Seabourne and I have the honor of being the captain of OSC Breezewood. The end of the Gallic War has caused huge upheavals in the status quo in Cortez and Magellan, including the destruction of Freeport 4, the stationing of warships in the system, and the labeling of large swaths of the IMG as terrorists. As someone who has been ferrying refugees in Leeds and watched the Allied fleets push the Gallic Navy out of Cortez at a dear cost, I of course understand the antagonism between our charter house and the IMG, and I was hoping you could provide more clarification of Liberty's standing on the Treaty of Curacao in regards to the sections relevant to OSC operations.
