La Maréchaussée de Gaule The Marshalcy of Gallia Identité: Amélie Chevalier, Greffière en Chef Destinataire: Independent Mining Guild – IMG|
Bonjour, guild members.
I am Adjutant Chevalier of the Gallic Marshalcy, speaking on behalf of Marshal of the Enclave Laroux. In the aftermath of the war, we find ourselves in a far different position than we had ever expected. We occupy a valuable, but vastly underdeveloped region of space, and we would seek to develop it. As your guild is that of miners, merchants, and manufacturers, we have been pondering the economic benefits of cooperation and alliance with your organization, which our analysts have informed me is far more likely than not to be mutual.
Naturally, we have formulated an offer. To expedite your shipping timetables and ensure the safety of your pilots, we would like to allow you uninhibited passage through our sovereign systems of Aquitaine, Brittany, and Roussillon, in addition to all other space where we conduct operations. Your pilots may also service their ships in our hangars and docks. In return, we ask that your guild arrange for some of their shipping routes to terminate on our stations, and that we may service our own ships on your stations.
Should you find these proposals agreeable, we can arrange for our leaders to meet and enumerate any specifics as necessary.
Earnestly,
A. Chevalier, Greffière en Chef
Marshalcy of Gallia
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.

Guildmasters,
I believed that the Independent Miners Guild was uniquely positioned for a mutually beneficial agreement with the Enclave. It would be most unfortunate for you if I was mistaken.
Your apparent lack of interest in our offer is discouraging.
We have no issue with free trade between our two organizations. An alliance, however, is out of the question, as we would be jeopardizing our operations elsewhere if we should do so. Perhaps we can revisit this at a later time when things are less volatile.
With regards to servicing of ships aboard each others' stations, I believe there are still many differences between Gallic and Sirian technology. Apart from basic repairs, I doubt much could be achieved.
As for shipping routes, these are determined by market forces. I am unsure what you are expecting from us in this aspect. If you have orders for goods which we supply, naturally we can ship them to your stations.
