To all whom this may concern,

As of this notice, the following will take into effect.

1. Military Wrecks in Bretonian space
  1. All Wrecks of Military assets, regardless of origin are to be declared off limits until their status may be confirmed.
  2. Any attempts to salvage these wrecks without first seeking permission from the Bretonian Government, will be treated as Unlawful Salvage and the salvaging party will face criminal charges.
  3. Military wrecks of Bretonian origin are to be salvaged for raw materials and delivered to Aland shipyard, and in the future Scarborough Shipyard for re-use in ship production.
  4. Wrecks of hostile combatants, except in the case of an agreement with the hostile nation in any peace agreement, or allied nations making a claim to the wreckage (and the Kingdom of Bretonia agreeing to this claim), are to be treated in similar fashion to Bretonian military ships, and are to be consumed for shipbuilding materials and technological study.
  5. The above is a tentative measure in the absence of agreement to the contrary.

2. Base Wrecks in Bretonian space
  1. The Kingdom of Bretonia, as part of its recovery process, will make all effort to rebuild bases that have been destroyed in the conflict.
  2. Except in the case of highly sensitive military facilities, or areas of technological secrecy such as certain compartments of Shipyards used for military production, The Kingdom of Bretonia welcomes in open arms assistance in rebuilding efforts, and non-Bretonian firms are welcome to supply bids for reconstruction projects for the consideration of the Kingdom of Bretonia. Consortium made of multiple companies may also work on single reconstruction projects.
  3. With very few exceptions, bases now wrecked are not in a repairable state. Initial project stages for reconstruction will consist of clearing what is left of wrecks to pave the way for new construction conducted mostly from scratch.
  4. Based on point 3., the Kingdom of Bretonia welcomes bids for scrapping projects to efficiently dismantle and turn into new materials components of stations that can be reused.
  5. To kick-start rebuilding efforts, initial construction sites will be deployed by Crown corporations ahead of any construction bids to kick-start the rebuilding process by providing a base of operations to observe the state of wrecks and oversee future scrapping and construction efforts.

Best regards,
Benedict Callahan, Secretary to the Cabinet

DEEP SPACE ENGINEERS
Old Trafford =DSE- HEADQUARTERS

SENDER: Trevor Harvey
POSITION: CEO of =DSE-
TO:Benedict Callahan, Secretary to the Cabinet

Greetings,

=DSE- is ready to help with repairs, reconstruction of trade-lanes and jump gates, and construction of static orbital structures.
We currently have a base of operations in Poole (Dorset Station), and in Manchester (Old Trafford) with full compliments of experienced deep space engineers. We have decided to make Old Trafford our interim HQ.

Whilst we may not be military, we do have close ties with Bretonia and of course supported Liberty in its war efforts. You can count on us!

May I suggest work begins on repairing the various still-occupied stations, and simultaneously South Hampton Shipyard?

=DSE- looks forward to continuing working with Bretonia, Liberty's ally and friend.

Trevor Harvey
CEO of =DSE-
