Problem Launching

I first started the patch and was able to load my BH no problems (after unmounting all my weapons).. launch, do missions, etc. Then I tried to log in with my trader and doing the same, I get to the cutscene of my launch, but then the connection instantly dies. I tried restarting the game, and same thing. One character is no probs, the other I can't launch with it.. any suggestions/ideas?
