Respected parties,

I've had enough reports of things doing down in Tau-37 and surrounding areas. Respected Dons and leaders of the Zoner community. We all know that standing conflict consists of the chain of events that no one wanted. It leads to the consequences that no one wants. Further escalation is not acceptable as it will leed to unneeded bloodshed. As a good friend of Consul Hernan Escudero and leader of the Velvet Organization, Melissa Jones... I think I will make a good negotiator and my proposals could be trusted by all parties.

I just ask you to be wise and step over your ego. We all know that war means losses on all sides, and none of us wants to lose the pilots and soldiers over literally nothing. Sure you are all confident in your victory, who doesn't. But let's be real here, no one will gain anything.

All sides return to pre-conflict status-quo. All agreements, limitations, and violations are canceled, pardoned and forgotten. We need to achieve a restoration of normal traffic within Tau-37. All sides are absolutely interested in that.

After parties are agreed on restoring the status quo in their relationships, Freeport 10 Administrator, Nicole Malakai will lift down all sanctions and limitations. It will ensure neutrality and not biased approach from the Freeport 10 administration, which should satisfy all parties involved. Not a single ship that was involved in the recent conflict should be punished. NFZ around Freeport 10 will restore its normal functionality with all parties able to access it and proceed with their normal operations.

I hope to hear positive replies from all of you, but I am not going to convince the warmongers. If you value the lives of your people, who will die for nothing, then you should all be interested.

conflict between Velvet and Cadiz started before the events you described. I believe that you are not even aware of the full situation and not being productive. I will ban you from this channel since your input is useless. Maybe other GC representatives will put more value into the discussion.

To the rest of you,

if we do really want to resolve this conflict, we have to consider the situation of the Freeport 10, pardon of one side over the other will not solve anything. Both sides were in violation of the general NFZ rules. It's up for Nicole Malakai to negotiate with violators from Gallic, BHG and IMG side. Status-quo means that Freeport 10 remains a peaceful and neutral harbor. And we cannot achieve that without compromise.

With all due respect - what is it with a strange tendency of people casually pretending to be saviors of the day when what they have done was achieved by someone else indefinitely prior to their involvement? Your efforts are touching, senora De Loyola, but i am inclined to believe i have already brought senor De Silva to the thought of further negotiations. While not too necessary alltogether - it was still helpful, as you have fulfilled what initially was my backup plan should the master plan fail at some point. So i am nonetheless grateful for your efforts to arrange this channel.

I bid you good day. I would back the words of Senorita Hoshii about the agreements reached and lack of necessity for an extra mediator in this already complexly entagled situation. It would only complicate the matters more. The agreement with Velvet was reached between me and esteemed Senorita Hoshii. As of now, we see no reason to review the conditions reached and would rather preserve the existing status quo. Velvet vessels are banned from Maltese Hispania's space, including Murcia (Tau 37) for now until further reconsiderations. Vessels under direct control of Maltese Hispania's administration are banned from Freeport 11 and shall refrain from approaching Freeport 10 closer than the NFZ. The reached agreement is within our scope of interest and revising it now is not beneficial for us in any way. For those who concern themselves with the status of Freeport 10 - I assure you that its administration is competent enough to deal for itself and we already discussed it with Senorita Malakai and reached a tentative agreement to be formalised. The traffic within Murcia system is just as normal as usual, with Maltese Hispania's ships passing by, and those not affiliated with the government and/or "Cuatroce" corporation, and not being military can enjoy access to the facility, Same applies to zoners who are not affiliated with Velvet.

This said, I see no point in further discussion of the matter. Bloodshed was avoided, access rights have been regulated. You should be proud of yourselves and enjoy the day.

Excuse me, but if I remember correctly, senora Hoshii is enjoying the position of the Corinth administrator and does not represent the Velvet Organization. Unless I've missed a coup overnight and all Velvet ships take the orders from her now. But if there were no coup, then Hoshii barely got a mandate to represent the organization as the whole. Herself and Corinth, naturally, but I don't think her power extends somewhere else. Your 'agreements' and solution of the crisis have a status of the private conversation. It's for sure it is useful to close the positions, reach understanding and resolve the conflict.

De Saliva, you can have an agreement with every single Velvet individual member, but I suggest you have an agreement with miss Jones on this channel. Velvet forces get orders from her. Since we have an agreement of the actual Velvet leadership on my draft here, yet no such for your private conversation with senora Hoshii, I propose you to stick around here if you want to reach anything.

Hoshii, I admire your private conversations with De Saliva, if you have something useful to bring to the table from those, that would be lovely. We can review it here.

Your knowledge honors you. I am, indeed, merely a station administrator and in other cases my word will unlikely represent that of my organisation unless i am delegated by miss Jones as a rightful representative of Velvet for the matters related to Maltese Hispania - which i can lobby any moment i deem necessary and hope for the positive response. I dare to say chances are high that it will be positive, given the demonstration of my capabilities i have recently provided to miss Jones where a more polite approach was necessary, as what was supposed to be a civil discussion have slowly been derailed into an unproductive bed of exchanging tantrums and insults. Both parties were equally guilty in that derailing, but that's another story, and i am infinitely happy about my bet on senor De Silva's consideration did not go in vain when i interfered. What we have now is an established status-quo that all parties will hopefully adhere to.

Your intentions to mediate negotiations are nonetheless appreciated, however, this is no longer necessary as this is deemed unnecessary by the majority of the representatives of the sides involved. As such - senor De Silva, senorita De Loyola - i bid you farewell.
