I would like to discuss the procurement of several of your "Suncannon C" Photon Cannon weapons. Despite the schism between your organisations, I have decided to contact both as it would be most unsavory to bypass either with this offer. My decision ultimately rests upon who provides the most enticing contract.

Whilst I may be a warrior of the Dragons, I am also a mechanic by trade and I would very much appreciate getting my hands on these weapons; in order to conduct some tests alongside our own with regards to effectiveness, in addition to potential personal use on my own B50P "Katana".

My estimations would suggest I require at least eight (8) "Suncannon C" Photon Cannon weapons and then a single (1) "Suncannon C" Turret variant.

I shall leave the conditions to you, I am most optimistic that we could come to a favourable agreement, as allies. In addition, I may also have a further request, though that depends upon the reception I receive.

We can simply agree with the representative of the Gen'an Cell here. There is absolutely no need for the Blood Dragons to approach us over minorities like a few Suncannons for your personal usage. The Blood Dragons are our honorable allies, being even the first ones we were able to call such. Not to mention that we, in the end have to thank the Blood Dragons for their expertise in our earlier times. The Suncannons are one of the products of our splendid cooperation, weaponary of such caliber, originating from both sides should be found in a free flow of exchange between the Golden Chrysanthemums as a whole and the Blood Dragon Shogunate, shouldn't it? But hai.. avoid shooting any of our- oh wait, they are almost all your allies or business-partners too. So that should not be an issue to begin with.

I am certain your weaponry will prove exceedinly useful in my experiments. Not the most efficient weapon to my specifications, yet, it's photon technology; while a personal favourite of mine, is also exactly what I need to advance my project of curiousity.
