"The discussions between Freeport Administrators in my brief attempt to form us closer together have been fruitful. I realise now that having Zoners abide by rulesets imposed by the ruling party is contrary to our core values. Therefore, I am creating this message dump as an easier access between admins to discuss problems, solutions, trade and current events at there Freeport.

Zoner factions, being an important part of these Freeports are also allowed to communicate on this message dump.

In order to Start, some news that I personally know. Pygar is continuing development thanks to the efforts of mister Voncloud and he is seeking I believe a way to construct a docking ring and perhaps more biodomes on the surface. Freeport 11 is under control of Jennifer Engels of Velvet and the debris around it still needs clearing. Freeport 10 has had, problems which I'm sure Administrator Malakai can elaborate on.

What I am unsure of, is my sister Freeport as it where. Freeport 5 lays dormant in Omega-41 yet forgive me, but I have not met the administrator of this Freeport. Much like Commander Chara and Administrator Malakai are working together, I would like to work with Freeport 5.

Greetings Miss Koken,

I am glad this channel was established, it will make communication between administrators and groups faster and more reliable.

About Freeport 10, I believe situation was resolved in -calm- manner, I still have to deal with Gallic Enclave and their arrogant approach, but that's a minor issue. I however will have to change some of my rules in near future, just to prevent such situations from happening. And if they will happen, then god bless the offender.

About Freeport 5, I've done a lot of stuff there during my administration, one and most notable change would be storage and interior upgrade, as you know, the local conditions are a bit more harsh due to our friendly and radiation emitting Neutron star. It's a bit more safer to remain on Five for a bit longer than before, it's not perfect but it will never be.

Miss Koken, I believe I am still the one in charge of Five and, I guess, I will be until the right person is elected. But it's quite calm place, nobody wants to stay there. But as long as I am in charge of Five, I am more than willing to establish contact with you. Would you mind a bit more secure channel to discuss possible relationship between Five and Nine?

I will be acting as the Voice for Planet Pygar for the time being. As Lady Sun has said i have spent alot of my time focused on making the Planet a suitable home to try and at least make up slightly the loss of Gran Canaria.

I am attempting to get a Docking Ring built but we are encountering Delays with Ageira, so much so that i may have to consider contacting their Gallic Counterparts to see if i can get any luck there.

I believe having this channel for updates within our people is the best choice, as we have seen with the Zoner Council, the Confederation and Zoner defense force, it just isnt possible to have one single umbrella to try and incorporate us all. "There was a Incident between Velvet and GRG at my station, harsh language was exchanged and it nearly went to violence. Thankfully, wisdom and peace won through but I was informed that GRG have been banned from the Southern Omicrons by Velvet. Whilst I respect Velvet's order of exilement, I cannot abide by it currently without reading and being informed all facts of the situation. Therefore, GRG is allowed at my Freeport up until I make a judgement or they break the No-Fire-Zone. I ask for calm abiding in this situation."

Seeming more tense and annoyed than usual, Mel sighs. She doesn't bow her head in her usual way, instead just speaks in a friendly tone. Her Cambridge accent making her sound calmer than she actually is.

"Don't suppose any of you have details on a ship called '~USS~Stardust~'?

I've attached everything you need to know. Seems the captain has gone rogue, killing innocent civilians and causing problems with our allies in Liberty and at the Gazal Initiative. I'm making you all aware, should you see this vessel, that it is to be escorted to Livadia, and the captain relieved of their ship to avoid any future problems. It will being all of the Zoners into bad light, if it is left to cause problems. If it's in any House, I will request from the government in question that we proceed to bring it in.

For now, I am asking that everyone deny this ship any docking rights until we have had a firm word with the captain with whom we have tried to get in contact. We have given them 7 days."
