I hope this reaches you in a nice and quick manner, as I'm testing a new form of encryption and decryption terminology with this one. We'll see how things go, but so far packet losses with this setup seem to be a thing of the past.
Besides just being a guinea pig burst transmission, this comm is to help get contact back up between the Legion and Harmony, something I feel is required considering the current day and age.
The Legion's fallen on some admittedly hard times lately. I won't go into specifics, but rest assured I have every plan to get this resistance force back on its feet. That coincides with working with what I believe to be our closest ally within Liberty aside from the Xenos, and securing a foothold like what we had in the past.
The war with Gallia is over, that much you should be aware of. The final flatstick breadship is sitting within the fustercluck of Navy nonsense near the Tahoe, and so far a third of Liberty's remaining military might is coalesced within arm's reach of Hesperia, which does not make me sit well. However, with those new kids from Malta working on restoring and updating the Ravager, the Legion is looking to start a renewed offensive against the Navy, and with Harmony's hand could deal a swift blow. Colorado has no garrison aside from mall cops, and the rest of the Navy is focused to the south against the frogs and you guys.
In short, I'm thinking a surgical strike against low-defended targets. One Police and Valley Forge are open, and as much as the Legion's forte is direct and brutal assault, more thought and planning needs to be made with the bulk of the blues back home.
Input will be key here, as we must coordinate the resources we have available to make the Navy hurt. Morale's gotta be down too, so this is a perfect time to strike out and smack some heads in.
I'd also like to know the situation in Bering if possible. If the Unioners are going to be a thorn in the side of the Legion, as they seem to usually be, then I need to know how to best keep them out of the Legion's operations, or, failing that, figure out how to dunk that stupid old man's resolve before he can muck things up.
I'll be awaiting a response. The Legion, like always, will be at the forefront of taking action should your forces require backup.

Harmony does have interests in maintaining our ties with the Legion. It seems another variant claiming to represent the Commonwealth side has appeared and is less than cordial. Possibly hinting at hostility, but that will be a matter for another time.
For now there were old plans that fell apart at the time of communications break down. Previously we were planning a strike against Battleship McNeil Island. Crippling this vessel with a Nuclear Eletromagnetic Pulse warhead, and assault the supermax prison guarded inside. Details on the facility are old given how long ago it was that we had access, but scouts report the garrison is solely the battleship, which is little more than a bloated weapons platform, and the guards on the station.
The intent behind the raid was to pluck select individuals from the prisoner roster for use in our own ranks, and letting the rest sort themselves out if they posed no threat to either of us. The resulting chaos would allow us to take advantage of Liberty's failure to maintain a maximum security prison and strike elsewhere, such as Texas or California, the latter being far off the list for obvious reasons.
I suppose communications have been severed for quite a while indeed if Harmony has had a change in leadership. I suppose a congratulations is in order, but I'd prefer to keep my eye on the ball. So, congrats. Onto the business at hand.
A coordinated assault against Attica would be quite a morale blow, as well as a security risk to the Republic. I'm almost certain that the crews of some of our ships are held there, though odds are more are held elsewhere. A prison break would secure more forces for the Legion, which could cascade. I like it. My guess is that Harmony would supply the nuke, where we supply the force to occupy it until the jailbreak is complete. In all likelihood, I'm sure many of the Legion would be down for getting some of our boys back.
I can coordinate a support force lead by the Last Sunrise to take part in an operation like this, but we must be sure that the Navy isn't in a position to respond, or in the case they are, with as little support as possible. This isn't like during the war, and we must be conscious of them lest we let our guard down.
In the event this goes down, I'll be sure to have cameras watching the fireworks. Otherwise, I'll continue to coordinate the Legion's front line to support.
