My name is Martin Lawrence, active C.E.O. of the Genesis Research Group. We are a newly formed organisation that was created after the Ingenuus Research Group disbanded.
As you may understand, we are still a Zoner research group, which seeks to not interfere with any outgoing wars and wish to maintain our neutral status.
But today I didn't contact you to merely introduce ourselves, I contacted you with a more practical reason.

I am Erwin Mannlicher, I have the honour of being the CEO of Daumann Heavy Construction. it is always a pleasure to make the aquaintance of a prospective client. Your request is, I must say, an extremely unusual one, given the list of ships you are looking for. I am pleased to say that we are able to meet most of your request, subject to certain conditions which I have outlined below.

The 288-ARKM-B20 Mining & Survey Vessel "Kaiser" is a fine choice - this venerable design combines capacity and capability. Daumann's fleet continues to serve us excellently, and I am sure you will find they will do the same for your needs. Although the standard is highly proficient at its job, I would ask you what ores you intend to mine - adapting the vessel design prior to deliver yields notable efficiency increases at a great price!

The RT-41-PFT "Uruz" is also an excellent choice - Daumann and many others have relied upon it to get the job done in the most inhospitable places. Given the inherent risks involved in space travel and transit outside of house space, or in high risk areas and conflicts zones, we would recommend that the type five armour configuration upgrade would be a minimum for your needs.

Naturally Daumann can also fully equip these vessels with the finest in shields, scanners and weaponry, as well as operating system and software upgrades excellently suited to operations in the far reaches of Sirius. We can recommend exact specifics based on the mission requirements you have in mind for the vessels.

While I am pleased to be able to offer you these services, the remainder of your request is more difficult. I will be blunt: the 90-ARKM-N60E is subject to stringent classifications and restrictions. I am almost surprised you have heard enough about it to wish to order one; in any case, the sale of this vessel is illegal and therefore impossible. In regard to the 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith", I fear I must also disappoint you; while the sale of this ship is theoretically possible, such a sale is subject permit by the government commission. Given the brief duration of our relationship, the unclear nature of their use, as well as other considerations, I cannot unfortunately sell you these ships at this time.

The total package cost of your order is 490m SC, construction and/or modification of purchased vessels begins upon the receipt of payment, or agreed depository and/or part payment. Included as attachments to this message both the conditions of sale and the Purchase Agreement. On receipt of your payment to DHC-Duppel, and return of the completed contract, we will be able to make the ships available for transfer to you in short order.

Mr. Mannlicher,
I'm pleased to hear such good news for the Uruz and the Kaiser, but I'll be forward about this.
The Genesis Research Group will be modifying the vessels, to for the assignments that they are intended to. We have the capacities to do so, therefore we do not want to bother more you and your organisation as you have better things to think about other than thinking to a small Zoner organisation.
The payment has been fully sent to the specified destination.

However, you shouldn't be so surprised about us knowing about the said vessels. One day in the Rheinland, and the patrols usually have either one of them. Our main reason that we requested them was because the Zoners do not have any Very Heavy Fighter at the moment, and we do not have the resources at the moment to spare for developing a new vessel from scratch, so acquiring some would have been more beneficial for us, in terms of time and resources, but I can understand your government's safety concerns.
Maybe there is another way that we can acquire the said vessels, even if only a few of the 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith".
We are open to business in any case.

Regardless, at the moment I've sent teams to pick up the transports and the mining vessels but we require the location from where to get them.

We can certainly understand your desire for a suitable Very Heavy Fighter, and ours are indeed the best in Sirius. In the matter of the 90-ARKM-N45 "Wraith", I believe a resolution may be possible in due course, once we have had time and opportunity to develop our relationship, and the logistical demands of Rheinland's wartime needs have been dealt with in full.

In the meantime, I am pleased to be able to inform you that your payment was successfully received. Accordingly, construction and modification of the vessels has begun. Current projections suggest your vessels will be available for delivery in two (2) standard calendar weeks. I look forward to welcoming you aboard The Ring to take delivery of your vessels. Alternatively, if you wish them to be delivered to a suitable location, this may be arranged. I am certain you will be very pleased with your purchase.

I am also pleased to give you Daumann's formal consent to the modification of the vessels you have purchased. In this case I think we can dispense with any formal process, as we are not dealing with military ships in this order. The necessary technical information for such work may be found in the Operations Manual installed in the ships' central databases.
