The formatting of your infopage could use serious work though, red writing with that font looks really bad
I am looking through font types to see what could fit better than Courier and at the same time fit an AI faction. (Orbitron is not an option.) It should get fixed soon.

Glad we fixed that.
On another subject. I am glad to announce that The Amalgams are starting production from ground up of multiple AI forms such as transports, battlecrusiers, battleships, and more. Right now the RP power we have isn't all that great (I might be wrong here), but that is prone to change if we keep trying. Hopefully we'll offer that uniqueness that will attract new members.
Furthermore, upcoming threads will hopefully change the way a faction would work. First concept would be the Associate thread - something that has been in the works for a while. Associates are those AIs or humans which willingly obey the Warmind's goals and attempt to aid it with hopes of saving their own skin from presumed destruction and access to exclusive technologies whilr considered an associate.
Second thread would include the bases we own. While other factions randomly control bases (or out of the blue), the Amalgams will provide intensive or at least adequate roleplay. This thread will shift its purpose into taking over Human Solars once we reached officialdom. This will actively give The Core, The Order, or any other faction a reason to log and fight us. Added to that, I believe that some quite enjoyable roleplay can be squeezed out of ground combat RP, a new style (I believe) of roleplay that carries multiple players into actively putting their characters into combat. Those who wish to participate will be added on our discord and to offer some sort of friction and unpredictability - RNG would have to play its toll. The main concept is to add a RPbot on the discord server which tell via luck if what one's char does will positively affect the progression. It is still in the works, and the system must be well polished before fully added in, otherwise we risk making a broken system no one will ever use or avoid using because of biased mechanics.
The last concept (and definitely not the least interesting, hopefully) is the outbreak type of events. These events are in the works, but provide something new to standard gameplay. Random Virus substance canisters specifically engineered may be released on planets to start harming its population (with the Official Faction approving such act). This will have 3 stages:
1: Infectious Stage- First symptoms of the compound will be noticed by the OFL, which will start investigating. This would require them to move scientists (similar to a trading event) which will start investigating the population, then diagnose the situation., which leads to stage two.
2: Aggressive Stage: Amalgams will begin to show up, actively blocking/trying to block opposed faction access to said planet. By doing this, PvP is actively introduced. Every Amalgam kill would inRP award a "Virus Strain Sample" - a commodity which is inert and harmless, unlike its counterpart on the planet, thus making it safe for creating a cure.
3: Curing Stage: The opposing faction has all the means to start research. A 7 day counter may begin until the virus becomes active and starts killing the planet's population faster than before. Amalgams will do all they can in order to slow this progress by deploying ground units on the planet and any discovered stations which are proven to be working on a cure. If around 20k Ground Units are deployed, the cure progress is slowed down by 15%. Every 20k scientists deployed, 15% cure progress increase.
This is a early version of what we aim to do, however it is mainly raw and again: input is welcomed
