This is Ensign Jeremiah Sawyer of the Liberty Navy First Fleet
Greetings, Agent.
What you are about to see is rather...controversial.
I shall include the information in an attachment option below, for another security measure, it will re-direct you to the Neural Net Link of the original transmission.
It is a strange bit of information indeed, however, I'd appreciate it if you could examine it nevertheless, the LPI has found some potential reliable information, so maybe you will as well.
I'll eagerly await your response.
Respectfully,
Jeremiah Sawyer

Thank you, Sawyer. Controversial as it is, you do have to understand a few things about the nomads.
The supermassive vessel you saw is called an Ish'tar. It is the largest, most powerful war-form the Nomads can field. Not only is it a weapon of mass destruction, it is also capable of immense psychological harm and other attacks on the mind. In that recording, it was primarily secondary fleet forces who are wildly unprepared for such a form to appear, and you can imagine the panic from the sudden assault on their minds, and the simple appearance of such a ship. If they want to kill what it wants to kill, it will leave them alive, or one less knowledgeable would assume, yes?
Secondly, the Nomads are known for their constant attempts at driving a wedge through humanity, dividing others through careful, deliberate actions that can make them appear as if they're assisting one forces enemies. Liberty is not the only victim of this. Any such action where they assault one side, and ignore the other, is a deliberate move to sow chaos.
It is nothing to the Nomads to lose such a ship. Their resources seem unlimited, slowed only by the time it takes to recreate such a ship. Causing chaos as they have done in the past is their most effective attack against humanity still. They destroy the trust between others, and most often times with no infiltration from their part.
To date, there has been no successful attempt in controlling the Nomads. At best, any devices that attempt to communicate with them through similar wavelengths has just resulted in the creatures going berserk.
Battlegroup Harmony clings to their own truths in hopes that their deeds were for something, anything besides 'nothing', while ignoring the carefully gathered evidence before them.
That said, being unable to tell if someone is a Nomad agent without a medical examination is a compelling case, isn't it? I could be such an agent, and you would never know for sure.
In service to the Republic.
