I have already had the pleasure of contacting the Lane Hackers on behalf of miss Hoshii in regards to Genesis Research Group.
Unfortunately, neither me, neither any other person in Velvet would be able to help you obtain the information you seek. Bering Freeport does not rightfully belong to Zoners for a while now, as such - it does not fall under the jurisdiction of any acknowledged Zoner entities - and that includes us.
Besides, those following that wild claim are doing so on their own behalf and have no support of Velvet and, likely, neither of OSI or Genesis, and act independently. This is the first time we hear of the Bereft and our archive records i am looking over right now do not contain such a name in any applicable way.

As much as i wish to help you - i simply can not, not in the scope of my current abilities as a secretary.
