My name is Horatio Esposita, Secretary of State for the Republic of Malta and current administrator over intra-Maltese affairs.
I wish to inform you that while on one of their patrols, a pilot of the Armed Forces located your station's position within orbit of Terre in the Barcelona system. In coordination with Section 4 of the Maltese Legal Codex, your station has unfortunately been labeled as an unauthorized Class B modular station, and as such may be found vulnerable to Maltese law.

We ask that you identify your station's purpose, administration and reasoning, as well as register it with the Republic's Modular Station Database. Instructions for doing so are with the link provided. I hope for a quick resolvence of this matter.
