Good Day,

I am Dr. Stephen Callahan, Colonel of the Legacy of Orillion and Commander of the Omicron Defence Flotilla. I have been receiving reports about your industry dealing in Nomad remains. This is a very dangerous task and the risk of catastrophe is great. Although the Nomads might be deceased they are still an organic lifeform and coming in contact with them can cause a parasite to take control over your body and we call it the Infected, or some use the term "wild". I am requesting information on why your industry is dealing with Nomad Remains.

Another report has informed me that you have multiple modular installations in Delta that was not authorized by the Order. The Nomads are relentless and any modular base that is not prepared the correct way will result in loss of life. Please explain yourselves.
